In order to apply these principles Taylor used techniques e.g : time-and-motion studies. In these techniques the task was divided into its initial movements, and find different ways to determine the time in order to complete the task effectively and efficiently.
The best way to idenfied to perform the task Taylor intensify the significant of hiring and training teh proper work to do that job. Taylor advocated the chaotic tools, and use cards to instruct the worker, and break to eradicate fatigue.

Decline in sales is due to the inflation. The organizational structure is not suitable for them.
