This form will be used to get the views of employees of the company about their job that what is the status of the employee what are the main responsibilities and duties of the employee and what is the qualification, knowledge and skill is required for the job.
This questioner form will be distributed among the employees of the Nippon paint pvt Ltd.I have distributed this questioner form among 50 employees of the company at the site of their manufacturing plant situated in qasur these form will be return to me after 2 days after this I will check that how many employees has given to me feedback. Beside this I have assigned a work to documentation of new CV, s of new applicants and enter their record in the database of Nippon paint and also give me some files for the marinating record of old employees.
I collect the job description questioner from the employees. Which was distributed among the employees previous week and I analyze these questioners that what is the feedback of employees. Total questioner which was given to the employees was 50.Out of 50 I received back 38 questioner from the employees
I work at the computer to check the emails and print out important emails and also send emails to different outlets and different employees and give details to my supervisor about these emails. I have also given some files contains the record of employees for the entry of this data in the computer.

In these letters 15 days has given to the retailers for the payments and in these letters there is a warning that if they will not clear their previous payment than they will not given new goods.
I learned about the procedure of received the leave applications of the employees from different departments on daily basis. The leave application is received as casual, medical, out door duty and others. These leaves are approved by G.M &HR Manager. MR Anwar-Ul-Haq also told me about the bounces, rewards, incentives, wages, and salary increment.

Two days I spend in the national sales department. The national sales department of Nippon Paints is divided in to two different regions.
North areas sales manager is Mr.Ijaz Ali Khan. He controls all the sales in the north areas of the Pakistan.
