PepsiCo Canada is a well-known soft drink and food manufacturing company. It was established in 1934 at Canada. Its main headquarter is located in Mississauga, Ontario. PepsiCo Canada’s parent company is PepsiCo Inc., which is located in New York, United States. The company has around 10,699 fulltime employees and 119 part-time employees in Canada. The company uses aggressive advertising strategy to capture more customers. This strategy helps to increase a company’s sales and supports its business growth. Company’s supervisor helps those employees who need to come late or leave early because of the unavoidable reason. It has a compressed work schedule option, which allows full-time employees to work 40 hours in less than a standard number of work days. For Example, full-time employees could work 40 hours per week in four 10 hours of shift instead of working five 8 hours of the shift. Through compressed work schedule option, employees able to manage their personal life in a better way.
