The first problem Martin Symes faced the problem of how to exploit a new airlines market which is nobody has done it before. As in the case "One of the biggest challenges of setting up an online business is convincing people to do things differently to how they're used to doing it". The risk when he started the business is very high, because it was never the idea that the other person had done, it could be succeeded or failure. The stress was too high and it can lead to making wrong decision.
