It has emerged as a huge challenge for an organization and due to the extreme pressure of the global economy where the knowledge has become a weapon for an organization. However, there are certain factors which affect knowledge management in organizational structure which intends to motivate the staff, ignite the skill and knowledge for maintaining inter-personal relationship at the workplace.
