Not only does a good leader view a situation as a whole, but is able to break it down into sub parts for closer inspection. In the organization sometimes the leaders use the politics amoung the workers to increase the profits or efficiency of the firm, which sometimes had adverse impact on the structure.

3. Lack of teamwork
