An organizations structure can be represented visually with an organizational chart; Organizations are structured in a variety of ways, dependent on their objectives and culture. The structure of an organization will determine the manner in which it operates and it's performance. Structure allows the responsibilities for different functions and processes to be clearly allocated to different departments and employees.
The wrong organization structure will obstruct the success of the business. Organizational structures should aim to maximize the efficiency and success of the Organization. An effective organizational structure will facilitate working relationships between various sections of the organization. It will retain order and command whilst promoting flexibility and creativity.
Internal factors such as size, product and skills of the workforce influence the organizational structure. The characteristics of organization structure include work specialization.
The most common organization structures are:
Centralized and decentralized
The organizational culture consists of the deep basic assumptions, beliefs, values and norms which are shared by members of an organization arise from the organization's history and tradition and are modified by contemporary events. It can more simply synthesize as the assumptions about "how people do things around here".
The culture of an organization is fundamental because the mission, the strategies and the way they will be accomplished will spread from this core of key assumptions, how it is managed and how effectively it is communicated and shared throughout the organization. The culture will be affected from and will affect leadership and the style of management...
Organizational culture comprises the unwritten customs, behaviors and beliefs that determine the "rules of the game" for decision-making, structure and power. It's based on the shared history and traditions of the organization combined with current leadership values. In effect, culture dictates the way we do business here and the organizational survival tactics that facilitate assimilation and personal success
With a strong organizational culture, employees do things because they believe it's the right thing to do and feel they'll be rewarded for their actions. However, if the leadership team lacks integrity or squelches diversity, powerful cultures can morph into cults, cliques, castes and insider clubs.

Dhiraagu follows the principles of Max Webber strictly while Wataniya Maldives follows none of them. Dhiraagu follows strict rules, regulation and procedures, hierarchy and penalties. Further the organization has a policy which says every individual should receive instruction from one manager or supervisor.
