The perceptions of the people about the price have changed and due to the up and down of economic graph they are more concern about the product and quality for which they are paying. So, people are comparing the value what they are getting and what they are paying. But the most important concern for hoteliers is to increase value with the same price which required innovation in product, process, logistics, and marketing communication and institutional. There are mostly five factors which create value to a customer while staying at hotel as given below:

2 Chapter Three-Methodology
There are several research methods out of which one method is to be chosen to achieve the research objectives. So, in the first section, all type of research methods (Experiment, Survey, Action research, Case study, and Ethnography) is discussed. Chosen research design is discussed in the second section and the rational for choice is justified. In the next section where it is explain about sampling size, questionnaire and other details. Ethical and moral issues are explained in the last section.
In this research paper there is mainly two stages. In the initial stage (chapter two), the available literature has analyzed. In this chapter the basic concept on theories of definition and innovation in the hospitality sector has reviewed. At first stage, it has already explained about employee contribution and organizational motivations towards innovative strategy. In this stage also it included about the evaluation of various environmentally friendly innovation for products and services that instituted in hospitality sector and mostly in hotel industry.
In the second stage, hotel Cavendish London has taken for setting up example in eco pioneering since 2007. Interaction with the employees of the hotel Cavendish, it can be explored about organizational motivations and contributions towards new products and services which they have instituted will be determined. Through this project, the innovative character of the hotel Cavendish will be explored in green developmental strategy.
2.2 Types of Research Methods
Researchers are guided by undertaking various research methods to meet their research objectives. According to Saunders et al (2007, p. 135), it is explained that these research methods are very important to take business decisions. Experiment, survey, action research, case study and ethnography are the major research methods adopted by the researchers to collect data and then analyze.
Experiment is a very systematic and scientific method where the researcher used to manipulates one variable and randomizes the other variables to understand the phenomena. Experimental research is mainly used where there is time priority in a casual relationship, the magnitude of the correlation among variables is great or where, there is consistency in a casual relationship.
This research method involves the questionnaires approach or statistical surveys to collect data. In this method, insights of customer are collected including their thoughts and behaviors. According to Tharenou et al (2007, p.47) explained that the survey approach direct to measure the relationship between a dependant variable and several independent variables.

According to Saunders et al (2007, p. 139), it stated that:
“Case study is a strategy for doing research which involves an empirical investigation of a particular contemporary phenomenon within its real life context using multiple sources of evidence.”
Casestudy is very useful when a firm is going for merger or acquisition, or downsizing its business. It is a fundamental process and very helpful for the management to take business decisions
This method is adopted by researcher when they investigate an integral culture group who are sharing common social knowledge, experience or other social feature of interest. This is a quantitative method includes interview technique to get insights of customers.
2.3 Research Design and Rationale for choice of research method

It proved that they has hit all areas such as reduction measures in energy consumption through efficient lighting and condensing boilers, fair-trade products which has been used throughout the hotel, and the menu of restaurant that features fish from sustainable and reliable sources and local produce. Hotel Cavendish has gone extra mile in advocating the environmentally friendly approach. It is encouraging the delegates at meetings to adopt green culture. In the meeting topics includes the carbon offsetting fee, to give 50% discount to the environmentally friendly cars in the hotel's parking, encouragement of non paper based communication, and recycling of paper. It has fixed recycling bins everywhere and guests and staffs are encouraged to use them sincerely. Mobile phones are charged with wind up chargers in the hotel premise. In the analysis of the above finding it is found that for green practices, a hotel need to invest significantly on short term basis. Changing the source of food is not an easy job. To identify a new supplier and negotiate with them, it takes almost three to four months. Sourcing fair trade food in large quantity from a single supplier is also not so easy. So there are some difficulties in adopting the green practices in the hotel but still should innovate the new way of approaches to become environmentally friendly. Employee of the firm plays a vital role in innovation. So the talents of the employees should be encouraged through various reward system. More than extrinsic reward, creativity employees strive for intrinsic rewards. So the employee's rewards system should be encouraged in the hotel and the creativity should be recognized by the management.
