Stakeholder theory is helping to this task. This is because Friedman and Miles (2001) has opinion that stakeholder theory or approach has helped to identify and pursuit stakeholder responses to changes in corporate strategy. Moreover, theory of stakeholder suggests the way how managers formulate and implement processes which satisfy all who have a stake in the business (Freeman, 1984). Second important action is making friendship with stakeholders. Mutual relationship with stakeholders is a crucial for achievement of the company’s objectives. On the other hand, it has given guarantees the long term success of business activities. Argadona (1998) stated that Stakeholder theory is concerned about activity management of relationships and the promotion of shared interest in order to develop business strategies.
