In this case study I like to execute a personal audit from my own activity and how it is getting related to my personal and professional life relevantly. Furthermore to analyze my own skills, I have designed a questionnaire to find the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. There are different methods of learning styles in which I have opted honey and mumford, which contains activist, reflector, theorist and pragmatist. Theorist style is the one which is best for me and to develop my own skills for better career.
In the progression plan I have tabulated a personal development chart and how the professional skills are helpful for leadership requirements. To develop our leadership skills we are need to be self motivated and effective communication skill is required.
2.1 Personal audit to evaluate the strategic skills
Personal audit is an important step when you are developing a career change.
If we are keen about improving careers, then we need to construct a detailed perceptive of our strengths and talents. If we are visible on this, then it is easy can evaluate career dreams with your skills and strength physically.
When we improve the personal skills, simultaneously our professional skills are getting developed when we work in an organization. And more over that leads us to improve our knowledge and to achieve a strategic goal.
2.1.1 Personal SWOT analysis
SWOT analysis has been broadly used as a analytical and project-planning tool. And this analysis helps us to focus on key issues of importance to the project in hand. Moreover the SWOT process can also be used in a personal perspective. When used in this path it can show us how to take full advantage of pupils' talent and abilities. It can help to expose new learning opportunities and eradicate perceived threats in the learning environment.
Self confidence and self motivation are my only strength and due to this strength I have crossed several critical stages. By rising my skills I performed very good in my organization and that leads me in a good designation. Moreover I can speak about my alertness and cautiousness as my strength.
My huge weakness is being calm. Because of this people around me takes more advantage and that puts me in frustrated stage. And I am really unable to make decisions quickly. Due to this I am lacking from my normal works.
Dreams, goals and wishes are been considered as opportunities. And there is a saying as "opportunity knocks the door only once". Likewise I got an opportunity in my organization an year ago..i utilized the opportunity and at present I am working as a supervisor in my organization. i found lots of difficulties, but I enjoyed facing those critical situations. I took it in a positive way as a good lesson. And now I can manage any critical circumstance, which is made by customer or by my team people I can counter it very easily. In this case I can tell learning from experience style as my leadership style.
I found lots of threats in my life, In which I can say few examples as when I arrive united kingdom I find so hard to survive and felt bad in some situations. Basically to find any places and to reach my school in time while learning. hence opportunities and threats can be used to highlight the implications of this for teaching and learning.
2.2 Preferred Learning Style

My learning outcome style is Honey and Mumford, Honey and Mumford (Peter and Alan) are best known for their knowledge style questionnaire. This self-administered questionnaire determines your preferred learning style.
As a result of meaningful learning style, we can also avert repeating mistakes by enterprising activities that strengthen new styles.

Each of us learns in unusual ways. a few of us wish to study in depth before we attempt a task; others moderately to "get trapped into the job" and learn as we go alongside. Theorist put them in complex situation where they are really need to use their skills and knowledge.
Theorists are offered interesting ideas or concepts even though they are not immediately relevant.
Theorists are academically stretched, e.g. by analysing Logical, Rational, Objective, Perfectionist, and Restricted lateral thinking and evaluating, then generalise it.
They don't like hesitation
They don't like bias
Keen on fundamental assumptions, principles, theories, models and systems base thinking.

I need to achieve something and go for higher designation
when I meet those achievements I can set my career in a good concern in future. Where I can get full secured life.
When I develop my skills, I can realize myself by fully motivated and I do get good ability to handle any critical circumstances.
Where do I want to be in 2 years?
I wish to be in a very massive concern, in which I like to lead a good team.
Obviously I will get benefit and half of the career goal will be achieved.
When I am holding a big team in a massive concern, then sure I will be known my success.
Where do I want to be in 5 or 10 years?
To be honest, in next 5 years I want to be as a HR manager, and to be as a good family man.
When I get settled in career sure its helps for my family and my future dreams.
If I get a good job.
How does that fit in with what the practice wants?
If we get more experience then sure we can reach the life time goal.
Gaining more knowledge and we can teach our friends and family people as well.
I feel if I improve my communication skill and self-confidence. Then iam sure that I can meet the complications in life..

In this case I feel that I am really theorist when I analyzed myself rationally
From this development plan I evaluated myself that if I need something to achieve, we are suppose to be self motivated and energetic. This plays a major role where the people who works with me get trained by seeing myself. From this I came to know that the leadership skills are more important for each of us to achieve their aspire.
When we work with a skilled worker v learn so many things. For instance. In my organization there are so many people who r really dedicated and ability to face such critical positions. When we get some responsibilities in our organization we need to handle it skillfully moreover when we work with good training managers, we will know what time management is and how we need to segregate and schedulize the work professionally. Furthermore this professionalism helps us to set a good career where ever we go for job. if we get placed in a big concern like Mercedes benz. The leadership is so huge and the working skill is highly qualified.
Taking responsibility to educate yourself about stress provides you with a strong foundation for committing yourself to managing stress more effectively.
