When does the delivery period start?

The delivery period begins once:

• we locate a writer, and;
• we receive a payment of at least 50%.

Then, we can assign the work to a writer, and the delivery period will begin. We will typically send confirmation of a writer starting work at around:

• 7pm to 9pm Monday-Friday;
• 4pm to 6pm at weekends.

So please don’t worry if you don’t receive this confirmation right away.

Please bear in mind that we aren’t always able to look for a writer straightaway. If we feel we need more information from you, we will place your order on hold. And when we obtain the necessary information, we’ll find the perfect writer for your project.
