Abstract: The susceptibility of one hundred and thirty yeast clinical isolates of Candida species for conventional antifungal agents was evaluated using Epsilometer test. The different plasma concentrations of antifungal agents like Amphotericin B, Flucytosine, Fluconazole, Itraconazole and Voriconazole were determined at 24 and 48 hours incubation and this data was compared with the data obtained by broth microdilution method.
