The purpose of this report is to share the customer experience which related to a premium product. Chanel’s makeup products always give a sexy, beautiful and elegant look to the users especially ladies nowadays. This strategy is to differentiate the product from other competitors and to keep the uniqueness of the product, and also not to devaluate the image of Chanel Company.
