In the human resource development assignment I have to find out about recuitment,selection, retention and legal steps followed by the organisation. So I chosen organisation is Tesco private ltd.it is on of the largest private sector.

Among private sector employer in united kingdom Tesco is a largest one. Tesco has nearly 4,40,000 employees in the global .Tesco has four different stores which is known as Tesco extra, Tesco super store ,Tesco metro, Tesco express.
