LDL cholesterol is said to "bad cholesterol" because the content is located inside a very dangerous and can cause various diseases, one disease is Alzheimer's disease.

Based on the above conclusions, the authors suggest that the public can avoid any kind of diseases caused by cholesterol does not mean we should never eat a variety of foods that contain cholesterol. In addition, with the consciousness of the community it will affect their own community lifestyle with a healthy lifestyle.
