The Influence Cholesterol to Alzheimer
In daily life, each people need various kind of requirement to keep the life directness. The primary requirements are food, clothing and housing. They do many kind of effort to fulfill basic necessities. One of the most important things to keep us alive is growth process with consuming food in everyday. The food that we consume consist a lot of nutrient. The nutrient is also good for our growth process, but sometime people don't understand about the nutrient of the food that they consume. All kind of food which is consists a good enough nutrient if consumed continuously will give a bad effect. So, it is important to think about that because the food that we consumed could give influence to our health.
Our body needed a lot of nutrients, such as carbohydrate, fat, protein and mineral. However, if the nutrient in our body more than what we need, it is not for our health, for the example to many cholesterol. Cholesterol is one of fat complex that 80% of it produced inside of our body and the rest of it produced outside of our body for any kind of function in our body.
As we know during now, cholesterol is cause of heart disease and stroke, but have another disease that can cause over cholesterol is Alzheimer disease. This disease is condition where someone's memory decreased extremely until someone cannot organize their selves.
This disease many suffered by people of advantage in years. The society still has not known about this disease. The society regard as this disease just usual senility disease. So, this disease not in all probability will attack people that the rising generation that have cholesterol. So, these things that must be attention further more. In this essay writer want in order to reader can more understand about danger of cholesterol.
Cholesterol in our body have the fold function, that is in one side needful and on the other side can dangerous depend how much contained in our body.
Cholesterol is component acid of fat that contained in blood. This is essence so needful by our body for process certain for life directness. Three other things are hormone form, cell form and keeping nerve cell.
Cholesterol is important role in membrane cell's form, some hormone and vitamin D. Heart organ making and connect to carrier of protein that called lipoprotein that making soluble in blood and transportation to all part of body.
Cholesterol is a fatty substance that is very important in the formation of cell walls in the human body and animals. Cholesterol is also found circulating in human blood circulation. Cholesterol is found in the human body comes from two main sources of food consumed and the formation by the liver. Cholesterol that comes from food mainly found in meat, poultry, fish and dairy products. Meat offal such as liver is very high cholesterol content, while foods of plant origin contain no cholesterol even at all. After the meal, cholesterol is absorbed by the small intestine for further entry into the blood circulation and stored in a protein coat. Cholesterol-protein coat is then known as the chylomicrons.
Liver itself has a dual function that takes cholesterol from the blood circulation and cholesterol reproduce when circumstances permit. After eating, the liver will filter chylomicrons in the circulation of blood, and between meals, the liver will issue a return cholesterol is absorbed back into circulation. Here the heart plays a role in maintaining cholesterol balance in the human blood circulation.
Cholesterol is component membrane structure all of cell and which are the main component of brain cell and nerve cell. Cholesterol is material between formations a number of important steroid, for the example are gall acid, adrenal cortex hormones, estrogen and progesterone.
Cholesterol is a molecule that is found in cells. Is a type of lipid which is a fatty molecule, or the like it. Cholesterol is a special type of lipid called steroids. Steroids are lipids that have a special chemical structure. This structure consists of 4 rings of carbon atoms. Other steroids are including steroid hormones such as cortical, estrogen, and testosterone. In fact, all the steroid hormones are made from chemical changes in the basic structure of cholesterol. When are about to make a molecule of molecular changes more easily, the scientists call it synthesis. Hypercholesterolemia means that the levels of cholesterol in the blood are too high. Cholesterol can be made synthetically. Cholesterol synthetic current began to be applied in a wide-screen technology (billboards) as an alternative to the LCD. High levels of cholesterol in the body to trigger the emergence of various diseases. Healthy diet is the main factor for this mengghindari. However, not all cholesterol is bad for the body. Only cholesterol that include categories of LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) are the result of bad cholesterol, while HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) cholesterol is the cholesterol that can dissolve the body dame evil. Cholesterol within the normal range is 160-200 mg body.
Cholesterol can't dissolve in the blood. It has to be transported to and from the cells by carriers called lipoproteins. Low-density lipoprotein, or LDL, is known as “bad” cholesterol. High-density lipoprotein, or HDL, is known as “good” cholesterol. These two types of lipids, along with triglycerides and Lp(a) cholesterol, make up your total cholesterol count, which can be determined through ablood test.
Symptoms of high cholesterol or hypercholesterolemia did not appear, so that's what causes people to be diligent to Check Up (check blood) on a regular basis 6 months after medical consultation with your doctor first. Meanwhile, improvement efforts can be run through a low-fat diet and diligent exercise. If all efforts have been made no longer fruitful, then the "medicine" can be used as an alternative to the ultimate weapon.
It is high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) is not a disease and the symptoms are not felt, but if we are less aware of high cholesterol then it will damage the blood vessel walls and of course these circumstances can trigger the emergence of various diseases of the heart both of CHD (heart disease coronary) as well as the brain of stroke.
Base on the theories, then can get the conclusion that cholesterol is important role for cells that are in human body, especially for brain cell and nerve cell. Cholesterol indigenous from 80% produced from our body and the rest is 20% from outside body for various functions from our body. Cholesterol that produced consists of 2 kinds that is HDL cholesterol and LDL cholesterol.
Trigliserda and another big lipid (cholesterol and fosfolipida) that produced in the small intestine for absorbed in a active and transportation by blood. These substances fuse with proteins and form lipoprotein the transport lipid. The body form some lipoprotein, which is LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) and HDL (High Density Lipoprotein).
LDL cholesterol is often called 'bad', because elevated levels of cholesterol are in the blood is associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease. LDL cholesterol to accumulate in artery walls, forming a kind of plaque that causes the artery walls become stiff and narrowed blood vessel cavities. This process is known as atherosclerosis.
Otherwise HDL cholesterol with cholesterol is often called 'good' because HDL cholesterol prevents atherosclerosis remove cholesterol by 'evil' of the arterial wall and sent it to heart. Thus, if high levels of LDL cholesterol, while HDL cholesterol levels low, there is a risk factor of atherosclerosis. Instead of the expected low levels of LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol levels are high.
Ø LDL Cholesterol
LDL cholesterol often called with ‘bad' cholesterol. LDL cholesterol will be on artery wall until producing a certain kind a plaque that because artery wall become stiff and intravenous tighten. This process is called atherosclerosis.
The important LDL consists of cholesterol that circulated inside body and muscle cells, fat and others. Cholesterol and fosfolipida will used to make cell membrane, hormones. LDL receptor that contains in heart will secrete LDL from circulation.
Liver, in addition to producing and LDL cholesterol into the blood circulation, cholesterol screening is also circulating in the blood as described above. The more LDL receptors in the liver contained the higher level of filtering is done, this will also affect the low levels of LDL cholesterol in the blood. Lack of LDL cholesterol receptors in the liver will significantly increase levels of LDL cholesterol in the blood.
Both LDL cholesterol and HDL is also influenced by hereditary factors or genes. In patients with familial hypercholesterolemia (FH), there is a significant reduction of LDL cholesterol receptors in this heart. Patient also be vulnerable to suffer atherosclerosis and heart attacks at a young age.
Foods that contain lots of saturated fat and cholesterol will increase the levels of LDL cholesterol in the blood. Fats are divided into saturated and unsaturated fats based on their chemical structure. Saturated fats come primarily from meat and dairy products that will increase blood cholesterol levels. Some vegetable oils made from coconut, palm, and cocoa are also high in saturated fat.
Formation of LDL by LDL receptor, it is important in controlling blood cholesterol. Besides, inside blood vessel is contained in vandal cells that can damage LDL. Cholesterol that many contained in LDL will pile up in vandal cells. If this happen for years, cholesterol will pile up on the blood vessel wall and to make plaque. Plaque will mix with protein and covert by muscle cells and calcium. This is what then can develop into atherosclerosis. The main regulator of blood cholesterol is the liver, because most (50% -75%) LDL is receptors in the liver.
Ø HDL cholesterol
Liver and small intestine will produce HDL (high-capacity lipoproteins) that enters the bloodstream. HDL takes cholesterol and fosfolipida in the bloodstream.HDL cholesterol to submit other lipoproteins for transport back to the heart to release returned or removed from the body.
About one-fourth to one-third of blood cholesterol is carried by high-density lipoprotein (HDL). HDL cholesterol is known as “good” cholesterol, because high levels of HDL seem to protect against heart attack.Low levels of HDL (less than 40 mg/dL) also increase the risk of heart disease.Medical experts think that HDL tends to carry cholesterol away from the arteries and back to the liver, where it's passed from the body. Some experts believe that HDL removes excess cholesterolfromarterial plaque, slowing its buildup.
LDL and HDL values have implications for heart health and blood vessels.High LDL values associated with a high risk of heart attack, contrary high HDL values associated with lower risk. Therefore, LDL is also said as “bad cholesterol”, while the HDL “good cholesterol”.
Cholesterol is needed in the body's metabolic processes. For example a cell wall-forming material, making bile acids to n fat, but it also needed to make vitamin D, and also serves as the material to make hormones - sex hormones and corticosteroids. Cholesterol is made in the liver and small intestine, but circulate in the blood. Bound cholesterol are in the blood by a lipoprotein, which consist of chylomicrons, VLDL (Very Low Density Lipoprotein), LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) and HDL (High Density Lipoprotein). Each lipoprotein has respective functions, such as chylomicrons cholesterol transport function for the newly formed by in the small intestine, VLDL cholesterol serves to carry issued by the liver to muscle tissue to be stored as energy reserves, for the transport of LDL cholesterol in the blood plasma and purposes of exchange of substances. Unfortunately the function of LDL particles is easily attached to the walls of coronary arteries causing plaques of atherosclerosis (fatty deposits on artery walls). While HDL are the good cholesterol are because the function to capture the state of free cholesterol to be transported back into the heart. To assess whether high cholesterol or a low one, it must refer to the general guidelines agreed upon and used throughout the world are guidelines from the NCEP ATP III (National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel III).
Cholesterol in the body mainly obtained from the synthesis in the liver. Raw materials derived from carbohydrates, protein or fat.The amount of synthesized depending on the needs of the body of the amount obtained.
Cholesterol is only there were more on the food of animal origin. But some are not derived from animals. The main source is the liver, kidney and egg yolk.Fish and chicken meat contains very little cholesterol. Therefore that recommended in low-calorie diet.
Here are the names of foods categorized as healthy, on occasion, be careful, dangerous, and abstinence in the pattern of cholesterol consumed in everyday life.
Avoid various diseases caused by cholesterol does not mean we should never eat a variety of foods that contain cholesterol.Dr M Ikhsan Mokoagow M Med Sci, a general practitioner from Medikaloka, South Jakarta, providing tips for blood cholesterol levels stay awake.
ü Should understand what we eat and how to remove it.For example, after eating fatty foods immediately offset immediately with running sports or cycling to cholesterol does not accumulate in the body.
ü Avoid drinking soda after eating foods containing saturated fats and cholesterol food source.Should balance well with the consumption of enough fiber like fruits and vegetables.
ü Applying the pattern of eating little by little but often better than eating large portions directly.Better yet, if we eat the fruit of your main meal interrupted.
ü Eating foods containing complex carbohydrates such as rice and potatoes are better than food with simple carbohydrates such as sugar syrup or water because it is fast becoming the calories and stored in the blood.
ü Knowing the size of the number of calories in food, such as a piece of cake calories greater than that of rice cakes contain margarine, milk and sugar.
The majority of Indonesian population was used to eating foods that contain cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. It happened because the lack of awareness of society to adopt a healthy lifestyle. However, people are expected to understand how to balance the current diet with a healthy lifestyle. Now many people eat a lot less food for the body of one heart but do not balance with a healthy lifestyle, such as exercise.
Basically, the doctor does not want his patients take medication for life. The spearhead of hypercholesterolemia treatment is low-fat diet. Therefore, in one prescription medication, one should also try to do diet coupled with regular exercise so that the treatment targets, so the drug can be stopped. However if in 3-6 months after treatment had cholesterol levels rose again, then the drug should be taken on rather than take the risk of CHD or stroke, and of course with the dose by a doctor.
However, if the drug is taken for life, the drug will not cause cholesterol levels become too low down so that the body of cholesterol deficiency. On the other hand there are studies that found those who consumed cholesterol-lowering drugs long-term benefits of getting to the decline in mortality or morbidity risk CHD (coronary heart disease) and stroke.
You should still consult with your doctor before you take your medicine, even drugs that often echoed through advertising, because there are some drugs that are abortion may not fit your body needs.
By considering these tips then your cholesterol levels will be maintained properly.
Some say that along with the better economic level is the opportunity to eat well even bigger. A good meal can be interpreted by eating food that tastes good. But the term good food in big cities turned out to be a tasty food, fried, fatty, and low fiber. Everyone likes a good meal. However, do not let too far because it is dangerous to health. Cholesterol is a lot of good food contained may increase the risk of diseases of blood vessels through the process of narrowing and blockage of blood vessels called atherosclerosis. Someone new patients realize that he is suffering from hyper-cholesterol, the term for blood cholesterol levels high, having checked his blood to a laboratory. Laboratory results showed the number 249 mg / dL which includes high cholesterol levels. He did not think at the age of a young relative had suffered from hyper-cholesterol. Not many know that is a risk factor hiperkolesterol cause of death at a young age. Based on World Health Organization is report in 2002, recorded as many as 4.4 million deaths from hiperkolesterol or 7.9% of the total deaths at a young age and hiperkolesterol or hyperlipidemia including major risk factors vascular disorders diseases such as CHD that can be changed. Do not wait for illness to come but do way to fix it. Not enough to overcome the usual way hiperkolesterol, needed a clever way to addressing cholesterol.
Alzheimer's disease was first discovered in 1906 by German Neurologists.Alois Alzheimer is the one who created the name of this disease, first described the abnormalities of neural networks. Alzheimer's disease is the leading cause of death among the elderly (after heart disease, cancer and stroke).
Alzheimer's is a degenerative disease due to death of brain cells and causes general deterioration of intellectual function or cognitive decline, including the power to recall and thought processes.
Alzheimer's or dementia is disease similar decline in brain function are complex and progressive loss caused due to malnutrition in the brain . Alzheimer's is disease rather than a kind of contagious disease. Alzheimer's disease is a condition in which the power of memory decline with someone so badly infected cannot fend for themselves. Alzheimer's disease rather than 'childish old age' is simply a process of aging. On the other hand, is a kind of health problem that is very painful and needs to be given attention?
Alzheimer classified into one of a kind (dementia) is characterized by a downturn in the conversation, sanity, memory, considerations, and changes in personality and behavior that are not controlled. This situation is very burdensome not only to the infected, even family members who care. Alzheimer's disease that decreases the memory function is also description intellectual and social functions the patient. Usually, family members only come with people who are sick to see a doctor if they have not put up with symptoms of a sick person.
Until now, the real source of this disease is not known. However, he was not due to aging. However, scientists believe, he was associated with the formation and changes in nerve cells.
Risk for Alzheimer's, a disease that is synonymous with old people, increases with age. "Starting at age 65 years, someone has a risk of five per cent of this disease and this risk has doubled every five years," said the expert Psikogeriatrik, Office of Medical Psychology, Faculty of University Malaya Medical Center (PPUM), Dr. Esther Ebeenezer.
According to Esther, though the disease is associated with a parent, but history proves first recognize this disease is a woman in her early 50's.
Dementia caused by Alzheimer's, often suffered by elderly patients and is a disease that not only undermines the intellect and the ability of activities for the sufferer, but also creates a burden for family care.
Alzheimer's dementia is a type of 'horrible' because it can paralyze a person's mind and intelligence. This situation is shown by the decline of intellectual and emotional functions progressively and slowly so those disrupt social activities daily.
Based on these theories, it can be concluded that Alzheimer's is a form of dementia that occurs in humans. This disease is chronic and fatal, it can be about anyone.
Some parts of the brain cells of Alzheimer's patients have died. When viewed microscopically, the cells that have died to form plaques (abnormal spots in the brain and brain functions disturbed. Alleged cause of death of brain cells is caused by protein deposits. The vulnerable brain is damaged control mental function while for physical control is rarely disturbed.
WHO said the situation is that the flexibility of mental processes or thinking skills and strengthen the brain compensate for the mental decline by age.The possibility of people suffering from Alzheimer's will experience delays in the development of the disease when stimulated cognitive activity.
In people are with Alzheimer, neurons in several locations in the brain death. When brain cells die, the level if the neurotransmitter that is produced will be lower, creating a problem in the brain for this signaling.
Approximately 100,000 people die each year due to Alzheimer's disease.Five to 10 percent of the population of the human person is the age of 65 years suffering from Alzheimer's.Although age is a major factor, the research also highlighted the role of genetic as well.Because women are tend to be much longer than men.Furthermore, 80% of nurses are women, so they too can get this disease.
Alzheimer's is a complex disease caused by various factors such as infects or obstructed circulation and genetics.Although all of the factors influencing not known, experts have identified several causes, namely:
Alzheimer's disease usually attacks people aged over 65 years. But rarely attack people aged 40 years.Less than 5 percent of people aged between 65 and 74 years of suffering from Alzheimer's. In people aged 85 years and over, it has increased nearly 50 percent. From the above description, this disease usually is more likely about the people over 65 years.Because of that is getting older, the greater the risk of this disease. But that does not mean people under the age of 65 years cannot be affected by Alzheimer's disease, there are also people with Alzheimer's 40 years old.
Perhaps to watch out for Alzheimer's also is also inherited. The risk of developing Alzheimer's will be slightly higher if the biological family relationships, parent, brother or sister affected by the disease.Although the genetic mechanisms of Alzheimer's in the family are not fully known, scientists have identified several genetic mutations that increase the risk in a family. All three genetic mutations are known to cause a trigger early (early-on-set) of Alzheimer's.In addition, a form of gene apoliprotein E (APOE) to increase the possibility of someone was developing (late-onset) Alzheimer's.
The disease is also indiscriminate, can strike men or women.Women are more likely affected than men, because the longer a woman her age.Alzheimer's is the fourth cause of death in developed countries. The experts can only guess, that the life expectancy of women is higher so that at the age of automated female patients is higher than men.
Just like heart disease risk factors, namely high blood pressure and high cholesterol, can increase the likelihood of Alzheimer's disease.Uncontrolled diabetes is also a risk.Especially is when less exercise. Some researchers suggest that we keep mentally active throughout life, especially in old age to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's.
ü Education Level
Studies show a connection between lacks of education with the risk of Alzheimer's.Some researchers theorize that the more we use the brain, the more synapses are formed between nerve cells. That way when aging, we have plenty of memory savings. However, it is unclear whether the lack of education and lack of mental activity create a risk of Alzheimer's or the difficulty of detecting Alzheimer's in people who exercise regularly with mental highly educated people.
One theory that has long held that excessive exposure to some trace metals or chemicals even causes Alzheimer's.For some time, aluminum is considered as a candidate, because some people with Alzheimer's aluminum accumulate in the brain. After several years of research, researchers still cannot connect aluminum exposure directly to Alzheimer's disease. At this point, there is no evidence that a certain substance increases the risk of Alzheimer's in someone.
ü Head Injuries
Experience in several ex-boxer who showed dementia affected by the trauma of serious injury (for example, fainting or loss of consciousness for a long time) can lead to risk of Alzheimer's. Several studies have shown a real connection between the two, but other studies did not show any connection.
ü Hormone replacement therapy
The role must be of hormone replacement therapy in the development of dementia remains unclear.During the 1980s and 1990s, there is evidence to show that given estrogen supplements after menopause can reduce the risk of dementia. However, results from large-scale studies of women who received estrogen over the age of 65 years.Still unclear whether estrogen is affects the risk of dementia if given at a younger age.
Although not a cure for Alzheimer's can be found, the scientist develop a variety of therapies that provide hope for patients and their families. At least, there were seventeen drugs are being developed Alzheimer's. We have using long way for understanding some of the Alzheimer's cause.
Loss of memory, especially the latest events and information just received, possibly a symptom of Alzheimer's.Early symptoms of Alzheimer's disease appear gradually, attacked subtle and can be a symptom of other dementia, not just Alzheimer's.
In short, there are ten common symptoms of the disease Alzheimer, namely:
1. Memory disorders
Forgetting appointments, forgetting names of people, friends and family members, cannot remember the scene, event or conversation.Easy to forget may be the initial symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.Approximately 40-50 percent of patients with the disorder are easy to forget to be disabled within the year of Alzheimer's.Forgot how to use the toilet, put the letter in the refrigerator cannot remember the hours and place, cannot remember how many years now and are where. Also, cannot remember something, forgot the name of his family members.
2. The difficulty in doing simple activities / daily work
Disturbance in daily activities are, such as driving a car. Shopping, bathing, dressing, cannot decide anything, wear underwear outside the pants. In addition, the ability to perform executive functions impaired, such as planning, organizing, doing the job order, making conclusions, coordination and supervision, subordinates, so people mobilize to quit his job.
3. Difficulty speaking or speaking
Unable to communicate, make sentences difficult.Disturbance involvements are in the talks, understanding, ability to seek and find the right words and the lack of ability to speak fluently.
Disorientation is disturbance to know the time (date, year, an important day), disruption to know the place, the ability to control their environment disturbances. The patient became not know where he was, did not know his own home.
5. Looks Bad
No attention to personal hygiene and one dressed.
6. The difficulty in doing simple calculations
For example, could not calculate the daily shopping easy.
7. One or forgot to put the object or goods
Suspect someone has stolen it
8. Feelings or behavior changes
Symptoms of the most disturbing behavior is like to go anywhere, around the house or yard without a purpose, out of the house or run away at night to be aggressive. Emotional changes drastically, impatient, desperate and easy to blame others, anxious. The decline in motivation, will not care anymore or hobby activities daily. Changes are in personality or mood changes abruptly.
9. Abstract thought patterns that interfere
For example, forget the numbers mean in the book of savings.
10. Loss of interest and initiative
Reduced activity of personal pleasure or a regular hobby enjoyed.
The formation of LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) by the LDL receptor (Low Density Lipoprotein) is important in controlling blood cholesterol. In addition, the blood vessels are the cells that can damage the destroyer of LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein). Through the cells of these destroyer (scavenger pathway) molecules of LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) oxidation, this can not go back into the bloodstream. Protein found in the LDL cholesterol (Low Density Lipoprotein) will accumulate in the cells destroyer (scavenger pathway). When this happens for years, cholesterol deposits on artery walls and form plaque. Plaque will be mixed with protein and is covered by muscle cells and calcium. This is what then can develop into ateroklerosis.
In the early stages, proteins derived from cholesterol, LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) which has accumulated on the destroyer cells (scavenger pathway) and a plaque turned into a general toxic amyloidal destroyed and discarded. Immune system reacts to plaque causing inflammation. Furthermore proteins that have become ensnared plaque nerve cells.
At the final stage, the abnormal proteins that disrupt the internal structure of nerve cells so that the neurons do not function normally. Neurons can not release the conductor of nerve chemical in the number of normal synapse so that the signal cannot pass. That is why people with LDL cholesterol (Low Density Lipoprotein) suffering from Alzheimer's risk, due to the occurrence of plaque in blood vessels caused by a protein derived from LDL cholesterol (Low Density Lipoprotein)
Currently there are about 5-6% of the population of the United States suffering from Alzheimer's. That means approximately 4 million people affected by Alzheimer United States. As the aging population, the burden of care and social costs will increase and is expected in 2050, 14 million people the United States will suffer from Alzheimer's.
Alzheimer's disease is the fourth leading cause of death in the elderly group (elderly), but did not rule out that the youth can also Alzheimer's disease by consuming a lot of excess cholesterol or collectively, the bad cholesterol LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein). This is no longer called HDL (High Density Lipoprotein), because someone had too much to consume excessive cholesterol.
Based on the above discussion, it can be concluded that cholesterol produced in 2 types of cholesterol, HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) and LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein). LDL and HDL values have implications for heart health and blood vessels. High LDL values associated with a high risk of heart attacks. Conversely high HDL values associated with lower risk. Therefore, LDL is also said as "bad cholesterol", while the HDL "good cholesterol"
LDL cholesterol is said to "bad cholesterol" because the content is located inside a very dangerous and can cause various diseases, one disease is Alzheimer's disease.
Based on the above conclusions, the authors suggest that the public can avoid any kind of diseases caused by cholesterol does not mean we should never eat a variety of foods that contain cholesterol. In addition, with the consciousness of the community it will affect their own community lifestyle with a healthy lifestyle.
