Pursuing a tertiary education overseas is better than pursuing locally. Every year many Bangladeshi students go to foreign country for better study. Because Bangladesh's educational environment is less than any other foreign country of the world. And Bangladesh's educational style and value is less than any other foreign country. This year I have come Malaysia for better study. Because Malaysian educational environment is better than Bangladesh's educational environment. When I was in Bangladesh I can speak English but I want to further my educational skill. Now I am currently talking English at college. Many international students choose to pursuing tertiary education because they want to improve their educational skill and they want to complete their degree program in shortest possible time. For example I am a DBM student my course is tow and half year. If I want complete this course in Bangladesh I need three to four year. Because Bangladesh's college closed long time for political affect. Although I complete my degree I can not get good job. Because my country's educational value is too low. Everybody wants to enjoy the entertainment or personal enjoyment. But we can not do it. Because when we study in our own country we visard many problem, like social, political, economical, and religion problem. Bangladesh is also a Muslim country so entertainment is not allowed in Bangladesh. But in every foreign country entertainment is allow, this is a common matter for them. If any Bangladeshi students study any foreign country he can enjoy this facility. So pursuing a tertiary education is a great source of entertainment and personal enjoyment.

You may, indeed, have the perfect job, but wouldn't you like to say that you have a better education. Wouldn't it feel good to finally have a degree hanging on your wall? Or wouldn't it feel good to learn something new? A higher education doesn't have to be all about money and promotions; a tertiary education can also be a way to learn something you've always wanted to learn. You may love to cook and want to learn more about it. In that case, a degree in culinary arts would be perfect for you.

1.0 Introduction for question 4:

Absenteeism is a great problem among the undergraduate student. Student absenteeism is a concern in graduate education as it results in inadequate learning and poorer academic performance on the part of those missing class. Absenteeism also has an impact on those students who consistently are present by disrupting the way classes are conducted (eg, faculty members repeating information, directions, or explanations for the benefit of those who were absent in previous classes). The consequences of absenteeism are more far reaching than students' academic performance and disruptions in the classroom. Students who frequently miss class often do not recognize that the classroom is a community to which they belong and that when they are absent, learning declines, student and teacher morale decreases, and academic standards are compromised. Health professions educators, including medical, dental, nursing, and pharmacy educators, share concerns regarding student absenteeism, many of which are related to the importance of professional socialization. The interaction between students and faculty members, both in the classroom and in one-on-one discussions, is crucial as it is part of the professional socialization process in which students observe faculty members and recognize them as role models. Since this process is important in instilling professional attitudes and values among pharmacy students, missing opportunities for interaction due to excessive absenteeism may hinder the development of professionalism.

4.0 conclusion

Student absenteeism is a concern in higher education as it can affect not only the absent student and his or her academic performance, but can also affect the instructor, the students who are present, and the classroom-learning environment. Different reasons to not attend class. Various reasons related to student factors, course content/policy factors, and instructor factors may influence students' decisions regarding absenteeism. Better understanding of these reasons may assist educators in designing effective interventions to facilitate student attendance. If we can not solve this problem, absenteeism problem won't solve. Then students future will be damage and our country will demolition.
