This is a very important tool in where bottled up problems and feelings can be let out or told to someone which gives a sense of belonging and relief which automatically takes away the stress. Doing minor things also can benefit in managing stress such as getting creative, saying something positive to yourself when you wake up in the morning, starting every day spiritually, setting goals that need to be achieved and taking up responsibilities.
