The conceptual framework for this study is based on the research finding of personal and institutions factors with job satisfaction of lecturers in Higher Education College.
This study will give a review of individual and institution studies that involve the relationships between age,gender,education,salary,length of service,supervision style,working environment and organization culture with job satisfaction. At the same time provide a critical analysis of the main factors. figure 1 shows the conceptual framework for this study based on consideration of personal factors,institution factors and job satisfaction and from the previous studies as well.

Chapter 3: Research Methodology
The purpose of this research is to investigate Malaysian college lecturers' job satisfaction from both institution and lecturer perspective with related factors that influence job satisfaction. Fundamentally, researcher uses secondary research to provide information for literature review and as a basic understanding on the research topic, afterward following by using the primary research as well as to collect first-hand data by researcher. The sources that applied in secondary research are consists of textbooks, e-journal, article, magazine and etc. However for primary research, the sources are comes from questionnaire.
As stated earlier,secondary research data is uses for literature review in this study.the research data are comes from many methods. Nonetheless most of the literature research data are obtain from academic journal, articles, e-journal and books.
Furthermore, all the relevant literature data can obtain from college Bandar utama's (KBU) library, anglia Ruskin university's (ARU) digital library and online data resources. In additional, KBU College have the privilege of accessing to Emerald with free of charge for certain journal articles.
The potential respondent of sampling group is from 5 random selected private colleges which are KBU College, KDU College, SEGI College in Kota Damansara, Taylor's College and HELP University College and the questionnaire would be distributed directly to 150 respondents.the target respondents would fall on the lecturers in these colleges, including the new educators, who work less than five years. Usable questionnaires would be selected by researcher as to make the research workload and data analysing more reliable and accurate.
Designed questionnaire survey for primary research used is uses to description, explanation and also hypothesis testing on the topic. Besides, it is also obtain the information that hard to get from observation or already not available in written or computerised form.
