Learning is the medium to attain the knowledge to grace the character of creature. It is a continuous process where learner conceives, act and reflect the idea. Traditional method is not only the way to learn today, but learner can learn through electronic medium and video conferencing. In ancient time, Learner could not achieve and access the knowledge due to the limitation of traditional learning. It is true that e-learning has eliminated the limitation of traditional learning and make easy for learner to gain the knowledge at his place. Seeing the importance of e-learning, there is need to understand that really, e-learning is more effective than traditional, has capability to promote in the kids' education, is effective in Indian environment and limitation of e-learning. The object of the study is to throw the light on above points and explore the methods to make more suitable e-learning with traditional learning. Can we give the appropriate combination of traditional with e-learning. It is not easy to take over the place of traditional learning. In study, we have focused kids and up to higher secondary class. The maximum experiments are doing in this section of the society for education.

E-Learning can be defined as 'learning facilitated and supported through the use of information and communications technology'. It can cover a variety of activities from the use of technology to support learning as part of a 'blended' approach (a combination of traditional and e-learning approaches), to learning that is delivered entirely online. Whatever the technology, however, learning is the essential element. E-Learning is instruction that occurs when the instructor and the students are separated by time, distance, or both. E- used to represent 'electronic' but nowadays it merely signifies the use of technology. In some circles within the education sector, some refer to the 'e' as 'enhanced'. There are countless tools, techniques, people, acronyms and resources associated with e-learning these are Virtual learning environment (VLE), Personal learning environment(PLE), Podcast, Blended learning etc.
E-learning can be divided into two major delivery methods:
1-Synchronous Learning or training happens in real time with an instructor facilitating the training. Most commonly this type of learning may take place over the Internet using a variety of communication tools. It may also be accomplished through telephone, video conferencing, or two-way live television broadcasts between instructors and students in remote locations.
2-Asynchronous Learning may be CD, DVD-ROM, Intranet, or Internet based. Students generally work on an interactive self-paced program of study. This may include access to instructors or experts through online bulletin boards, discussion groups, and e-mail.

Learning is all about conceive the things and act accordingly which reflect in student behavior. The way teachers teach any language or subject, reflects the way student understand it .
II. BENEFITS OF E-LEARNING
E-Learning has substantial benefits and offers unique opportunities for people who might otherwise have limited access to education and training. Some of the benefits are summarized below:
E-Learning is student centered. The learner is the core of any e-Learning system. Materials and activities are designed with the needs and interests of the learner . Students assume control of their learning experience and use it for their specific needs.
E-Learning is self-directed and self-paced. Students control the amount of time spent on a particular topic. This allows learners to skip material they already understand or to spend additional time on difficult areas. This individualized approach usually allows learners to complete their education and training faster than in traditional courses.
e-Learning is interactive and hands-on. The use of a variety of multimedia increases student involvement and reinforces the learning experience. This leads to increased retention and a stronger grasp of the subject at hand.
e-Learning is very flexible. Learning can take place anytime and anywhere, as long as the necessary equipment is available. The logistics and expense of face-to-face education and training can be extremely limiting when students are separated by distance.
e-Learning also allows physically challenged students to participate.
e-Learning provides consistent and effective training. All of the target learners can participate simultaneously and receive the same information, reducing the variability introduced through multiple sessions in different locations.
III.LIMITATIONS OF E-LEARNING
Although e-Learning has many benefits for students , it also has certain limitations.
Computer literacy and access to equipment. Any e-Learning system involves basic equipment and a minimum level of computer knowledge in order to perform the tasks required by the system. A student that does not possess these skills, or have access to these tools, cannot succeed in an e-Learning program.
Some topics are not appropriate for e-Learning. Certain subjects that require physical exertion and practice, such as sports and public speaking, are not good candidates for e-Learning. However, e-Learning can be a useful companion to traditional education for teaching background and technical information.
Students themselves can be a limitation to e-Learning. The flexibility and student-centered nature of e-Learning requires a high level of student responsibility. A successful e-Learning student must be well organized, self-motivated, and have good time management skills. What you get out of an e-Learning program is directly related to the amount of effort you put in.
E-Learning requires motivation and self-discipline. Successful e-Learning students are able to study independently and incorporate study time into their busy lives. Students should set aside regular study time. e-Learning requires a real commitment to keep up with the flow of the process and to finish within the required period of time.
E-Learning requires good reading and writing skills. The ability to efficiently read and interpret instructions is a critical skill in e-Learning. Most activities and communications are also written, so it is important to be comfortable with your ability to express yourself through writing.
Incorporate work, life, and other educational experiences as part of the learning process. E-Learning requires the student to make inferences based on experience as well as facts. Meaningful reflection and critical analysis of information are an essential part of the learning process. Look for opportunities to apply what you have learned in your life.
Be willing and able to commit adequate time to the e-Learning process. E-Learning is a convenient way to receive education and training, but it is not easier than the traditional educational process. In fact, it often requires more time and commitment.
Have access to the necessary equipment and create some personal space. It is important that you have a place to study in a peaceful and focused manner.
To be a successful e-Learner we must believe that meaningful, high quality learning can take place without a traditional classroom; w hen e- learning is properly designed and executed because it is a highly effective and rewarding process .
IV. REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS FOR E-LEARNING
Successful e-Learning students must have several attributes and skills:
Be motivated and self-disciplined, able to study independently, schedule study time, and meet agreed upon completion deadlines.
Understand the requirements and plan ahead to know what is expected and how performance will be evaluated. Define goals and objectives for the e-Learning portion of the training.
Possess good reading and writing skills. The ability to efficiently read and interpret instructions is critical.
Make inferences based on work, life, and other educational experiences. Meaningful reflection and critical analysis of information are essential parts of the learning process, allowing opportunities to apply learning.
Allow adequate time to participate in the e-Learning process, which frequently requires more time and commitment than traditional learning.
Have access to the necessary equipment and dedicated work space.
"There are several companies that are working towards e-learning in India. The biggest advantage of e-learning lies in its ability to cover distances. For an organization that is spread across multiple locations, traditional training becomes a constraint. All trainees need to come to a classroom to get trained. Additionally, the trainee's learning pace is not addressed as all trainees are treated as having equal abilities and there is little flexibility in terms of timing and completion of the course.
The major advantage is the consistency that e-learning provides. e-learning is self-paced, and learning is done at the learner's pace. The content can be repeated until it is understood by the student. It can be made compelling and interesting with multimedia, and the student can be given multiple learning paths depending on his or her needs
Albert Lewis, Head, Products, Strategy and Business Excellence, Tata Interactive Services (TIS), points out that "A traditional learning structure does not guarantee the delivery of a consistent message, where as consistency is assured in e-learning."
"E-learning plays a big role in many developed countries. However India being well equipped with the infrastructure still lags behind. To develop the e-learning scenario in the country there is a great requirement to create a platform to profile all school in India."
By doing so we can address lots issues such as industry- academic tie up, ensuring quality education, and accesses to job opportunities for students very easily.

The object of the study is to throw the light on above points and explore the methods to make more suitable e learning with traditional learning. V. ASSESS E-LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS
Based on e-Learning advantages such as scalability, consistency, cost reduction, time reduction, improved productivity, profitability impact, and others, it is essential for training managers to know how to assess e-Learning effectiveness to prove that it is indeed a value-added project and thus guarantee a successful e-Learning strategy throughout the corporation.
There are several approaches to assess training delivered through classroom instruction or e-Learning. After studying several authors on this topic, an article by Judith Strother published in the International Review of Research in Open and Distance Learning offers quite a comprehensive approach on this topic since it is based not only on the classical Kirkpatrick model, but it also adds a further assessment level related to the Return on Investment or ROI. Therefore, we will use her study as the main benchmark.
A classical model for those working in the corporate training business is the one developed by Donald Kirkpatrick many years ago and that makes it possible today to assess both traditional training delivered by an instructor in a classroom, as well as e-Learning that can be delivered using the Internet, Intranet or CD- ROM. This model is composed of four progressive levels:

According to Strother, there is an added level (level V) related to the Return on Investment or ROI, which should include a cost-benefit analysis. To this regard, she mentions that using the evaluation data, the results are converted into monetary values and then compared with the cost of the training program in Level V. Let's analyze these levels in detail.
Level 1: How do learners feel?
In this first level, students evaluate the training at the end of the program. The main objective of this measurement is to find valuable information and not only to find out whether the individual liked the course or not. He/she could be asked whether the course met his/her expectations, if he/she found enough exercises, and whether he/she liked how the topic was handled, etc. It is difficult for you to measure the learning at this point; what you can find out is simply the students' reaction. Some firms carry out online surveys if it is Web-based e-Learning, or they include surveys at the end of the courses, and ultimately they hand out paper surveys to users.
Level II. Learning results
This is the level to measure learning results: whether students absorbed knowledge, skills, and attitudes as stated by the learning objectives. To achieve this, in her books Kirkpatrick recommends a pretest and a posttest to compare results and observe the first training effect. For researchers on the topic, this kind of evaluation is not as common as Level I, but it is still used. Regarding the information resulting from this evaluation, While some studies show greater benefits in favor of face-to-face delivery, research results consistently demonstrate superior benefits of e-Learning in general."
Level III. Workplace behavior
When a Human Resources Manager or training director chooses an e-Learning program, one of the most important questions to ask is whether the use of this kind of training will help the trainee transfer the knowledge and skills to his/her daily job. To this regard, the Kirkpatrick model seeks to find out if student behavior changed as a result of the learning experience.
In her bibliography Kirkpatrick recommends the evaluation to be done a few months after the training so students can apply all their knowledge in their workplace. According to researchers, the most common assessment tools at this level are observation surveys or student, supervisor, or even customer surveys. The bottom line is to prove a behavioral change resulting from the training.
Some sample questions to assess a training program aimed at customer service could include:
Did the agent use proper non-verbal communication when greeting the customer?
Did the agent offer the customer this week's promotion?
Did the agent respond properly to customer complaints?
Level IV. Business results
The last level from the Kirkpatrick model is to assess the results of training as it directly affects a company's bottom line - a challenging task for trainers. According to Kirkpatrick, the number of variables and complicating factors make it difficult to evaluate the direct impact of training on a business' bottom line. This is just as true for e-Learning as for traditional training programs. However, depending on the kind of course, some variables could be measured. For instance, if the sales force is trained, firms can measure the change in the sales volume and a reduction in the sales cycle or sales profitability. If the training is related to the use of a given information system, results can be measured in the reduction of the number of calls to the technical support staff or reduced time to complete reports or transactions.
Level V. ROI
The Return on Investment calculation is a level added by Strother in her article to the classical Kirkpatrick model. As stated by Strother, "Using Level IV evaluation data, the results are converted into monetary values and then compared with the cost of the training program to obtain a return on investment." ROI studies have shown a positive return for companies implementing e-Learning even though most studies show a positive return based only on cost reduction. It is also essential for ROI studies to include a benefit analysis. Therefore, cost reduction and improved benefits could be identified.
VI.WORK SUMMARY REPORT
Following the above pattern, we have worked on 60 students who are taking the benefits of e-learning in their school. We have seen that there is no doubt about that they are learning easy with this method. The result was shocking to us know that 50% students had used to spectacles. They were ruining their natural gift of god. 10 to 15 % students were not physically fit because they were addict to use electronic gazette and expense maximum time in indoor games. It can not reject that they starts to loss social environment and social ethics. Through e-learning we can provide nook knowledge in easy format but we can not provide the feeling of respect for another. It is draw back of e-learning.

E-learning is becoming increasingly prominent in education sector because it has the benefit of opening up greater interaction between learners' study, work, home and community environments, simply because the learning environment can be extended. While Evaluating E-Learning program effectiveness it is important for teachers to make the program more effective and highlight its scope, benefit, and improvement analysis among students so that they can get the appropriate feedback. The Kirkpatrick model is a systematic way of measuring the effectiveness of any training composed of four progressive levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. "Until a more solid research methodology is developed for measuring E-Learning results, we can rely on the mainly qualitative feedback from corporations that are using e-Learning to deliver their training. Apart from Education sector Firms and Industries also praise online training as a cost-effective, convenient, and effective way to deliver the knowledge. Early studies seem to demonstrate that E-learning in business is a win-win proposition for all - the learner, the corporation, and the customers served by the corporation.
