Like any significant areas of public and private life, sexuality has always been under social control and has always been an important aspect of the socialization of children and adolescents.
The sexual revolution of the second half of the twentieth century that was followed by gender and family revolution, radically changed the status quo.Â Contributing global, massive and irreversible processes such as:
separation of sexuality from reproduction;
weakening of external control over the behavior of adolescents from families,
churches, communities and the state;
decrease in the age of sexual debut;

weakening of gender polarization of attitudes and behavior;

Providing them with information and skills necessary to protect them from HIV, draws a special problem.Â The fact that they do not attend school or work makes them difficult to reach.Â In addition, they have different levels of literacy. Experience shows that one of the most effective strategies is to educate a peer, which includes trainings of youth not attending school and how to pass information to others. Those who spend educating peers, understand the lives and concerns of other young people, who do not attend school, and, consequently.
