Organizations are usually part and parcel of everyone"s life and world, and they dominate our daily lives. For these organizations to succeed there is a need for constant quality improvement when it comes to factors such as goals of organizations, and the structures, strategies, processes ,strategy, coordination, teamwork, performance ,environment and cultures within. So, firstly, we consider the concept of organization and, secondly, of organizational behavior before we proceed and look at the quality improvement as part of the organizational process. The knowledge of organizational behavior provides a framework for the management of people and processes in an organization, in this case, health care organizations.

One of the increasingly important functions of managers is to understand how to meet objectives, enhance performance and govern the organization"s processes. Doing so requires an understanding of how humans behave and how organizations and the managers within them positively or negatively impact upon employees" capacity to accomplish organizational goals, and how performance, knowledge and change are managed in complex organizations. So we are going to look at quality improvement as part of an organizational process. In this particular case the centre of our attention will be based on health care organizations and our study case will be NSW Australia Health care system.

It is of vital importance when Quality improvement is understood is viewed as marking the beginning and never the end of more improvement efforts, organizations have adapted new methods of approaching quality improvement in an organization.

Accreditation is a new way of quality improvement and is usually makes prediction basing on both national and international application and uses accepted standards or making assessment and benchmark in the performance of an organization. This pertains typically, ensuring certification by usually external bodies which often follow official visits by surveyors and assessors.

The basic function of certification is mainly to show satisfactory, poor or good performance. In addition, its other goal is to tell which organization produces acceptable products and services for which consumers, stakeholders and founders can accept. This has taken decades for accreditation to develop in terms of health and investments, the accreditation process has come out accurately in terms of motivation of high quality clinical organization process performance hence ensuring quality performance. There is a need to perform research in this area, and this is for basically public interest considering the cost and extent of accreditation processes which is functional currently as well as the importance it is to the consumers in efforts to improve the quality and safety of health care services and processes.

This paper seeks to approach and assess the impact, validity and value of accreditation in NWS Australian health care system. The nature framework of the accreditation makes it possible to be adopted by researchers who are international to make identifications on how accreditation process may influence and reflect the quality of health care organizations. One of the major accreditation basically accreditation processes which is applied across many industries is ISO 9000. It is has been used widely in ensuring quality performance in organizational process widely and it concentrates on ensuring that organizations have documented process which is sound in order to improve the manner in which the services and products ensure the satisfaction of the customer"s requirement for quality. Basically accreditation process goes a long way in ensuring that organization performs in a quality procedure and manner.

In addition, accreditation process have major concerns in provision of barometers for gauging the performance by making sure that an organization performs and satisfy the de-signaled standards which are regularly subjected to examination and continuously improved in order to embrace customer satisfaction.

The customer satisfaction as per the Prevailing views, s shows that the benefits of accreditation processes are many and include perfect team work, reduced cost ,well documented processes and improved quality in the production of goods and services hence this process should be adopted by NWS Australian health care system in its quest for quality performance in the process of value delivery .Accreditation process in other words is seen as a process that drives the full method of improvement which encompasses the process, outcomes of service delivery and the structures. In fact, accreditation has been widely adopted in Australia and other countries as a tool mechanism for assessing and also improving health care quality. Without doing this, we stand a chance in which a risk of conducting a very expensive system initiative for example accreditation of programs without an effective evidence base. For example, we need to reach an informed decision as to whether accreditation as it is now standing should continue with its support as it stimulate continuous organizational improvement process is considered. This an international key problem since it"s relates to how health is well performed. This is a very important component in whether, safety prevention and early signaling detection processes for health sector organizations can be realized and the extent to which this can be done,. Through the process of illumination, through which an organizational performance can be continually improved and which the performance can always be improved via accreditation mechanisms this will ensure safety and quality of health care could be enhanced.

There so are many different types of accreditation systems. It is always reasonable however to examine a well develop system which has been widely used in a very rigorous process such as the ones outlined. Internationally, the proposal of research proposed could be highly relevant across the various industries and also organizations.

The proposed project research has been well designed in trying to response to the questions the customers of the accreditation services as well as public and private contributors of health care have done it for so many years about the factors such as reliability, credibility and even cost-effectiveness of this accreditation.
