Counselling is the process using to helping people to solve their problems and recognize their feelings. It's a face to face confidential session between counsellor and the client. Counselling helps encouraging a change in performance. it is about helping and supporting a person to find an understanding and answers when he's working for an organization. Counselling is a friendly, helpful and positive advance to personal development. There is two approaches

Direct Counselling-Counsellor Give all the directions and answers to solve their problems

Eg: Health visitors are qualified nurses with specialist training who work in the community. They help people with a mental illness to continue to live in their home. Health visitors can:

So by practising the activities theorist can increase their learning ability, Reflector is identified as very low. So reflectors should adjust more activities to improve their learning.
