This assignment reports some skills, which I have to compare with two famous people. Oversea study and immigration are two important things in my whole life. This paper will develop and document my own personal strategic plan. This plan includes my personal vision statement for the future, my personal mission statement and personal strengths and weaknesses. This plan also discusses opportunities and threats we will face. In the future, some strategies will select to maximize my strengths, minimize my weakness, take advantage of opportunities and minimize treats. This plan also discuss objectives and actions we will implement to achieve these strategies and review and update my plan.
I want to learn how to communication with the people, make me probable understand knowledge that I leaning before improve self cultivation and quality level, make the good example to myself, as old people say: knowledge has no limit. I will try my best to improve myself every day.
4.1 List specific actions to be taken
I want to learn how to communication with the people, I will find some of the relative book to read, remember the main point and find out my weakness and strengths make the note, always remind me when I communicate with the people, and then be careful to look out the people around me that how to communicate with others, find out the their advantage and disadvantage. Last use the advantage and avoid the disadvantage to follow them to practice.
Improve my vision first I need to make me probable understand knowledge that I leaning before, and then before making every decision to do something, try my best to use the knowledge and experience to thinking be carefully, decrease the mistake probability at least, last With an open mind to learn from others' knowledge and experience and make these change to my own knowledge and experience.

Until now my goals just achieve a litter bit, but that already to enough to me, because these skills need to spend more time to improve

According the Leadership skills; Traits and personal characteristics related to effective leadership; I find out the main point of the leadership skill and my strength and weakness, make me clear to know what should I do in the future.
Part C: Personal Development Plan
Task 1: Evaluate my current leadership abilities
Integrity means honesty and more, Credibility is our range of skills to see it in action. But it is far deeper than the surface action. It is based on a person's beliefs and values guide, and is an important example of the importance of leadership qualities. My integrity can be 8 competencies; I always was being honest with people. Because I trust treating integrity others as you would wish to be treated. Such as I was a manager in the dollar shop. My staff work not very seriously, always lazy, my boss saw them like that very unhappy, and decide to fire them, but I know they are Just a temporary error, I trust them, I promise my boss I will change them, after that my staff know I support them like that. They are try them best to co-operation with me, after 3 months my teams' work efficiency increase. If I not trust them first, I think they are already giving up themselves, and today the result will never come out.
Self confident is my good point; I always doing what I believe to be right even if others mock or criticize me for that and I like to take the risks and go the extra mile to achieve better things. Self confidence can help me to inspire other people around me. For example: when I was sales in the souvenir shop, our warehouse is very disarray and nobody can tidy up that, so every time we pick up the stocks spend so many time. But I believe I can tidy up that, every time I go to the warehouse pick the stock after that I always tidy up one part. Other staff saw what I done and also follow my way to tidy up the warehouse, after 1 month we are finally finish tidy up the warehouse. But sometime over self confident can cause me hard to hearing other people's suggest and easy to make the mistake. Such as when I set up the class stand with my friend. First use my way to set up, spend so many time and still not set up, my friend suggest me another way to do it that, but I so self confident and not accept her idea, so we use 1 hour to set up the first glass stand, the second one my friend set up only use 15 mins.
Teamwork is important, because it can speed up the process and make things run more efficiently. And it combines many different skills from many people. My teamwork skill can be 7. I am good at work with a team. Such as I am sell something in the flea market with my team. We have to set up 3 stalls every Sunday morning. Normally need 4 people to set up. But I only need one people with me, and the time as same as another team.
Communication skills is very important to secure an interview, to get the job and help you increase the relationship with other people, and my communication skill only can be 5 competency, because I m not really good at communication with my friend and staff. As I say it before, I was sales and also a manager assistant. I manager 5 staff in my company, when I training them, All for the benefit of others, afraid them Scolded by the boss, so the training being very strict, even a minutiae mistake I will still asking them to correction. After that, because I m not good at communication with them, make them misunderstand me, they think I purposely make difficult to them. So our relationship get worse, finally I leave the company. So I think my communication skill need to improve in the future.
Ability to persuade other people to do something with you is very important leadership skills, but this skill is my weakness, because you need to have good communication skill and good work experience, I am lack of this. Such as when I ask my staff to do something, first I have made the example to them, but at that time, I have not enough experience to do this job, it is not really effective, so after that it is very hard to persuade them willingly help me to finish the job.
Extroversion personality characteristics are very adaptable for the top position of leadership. Top managers must have strong communication skill with their followers. They should have rapid resolution on problem dealing with and melting of conflict and contradiction. They should have tolerance and conservation in values. They should have rapid response for the change of thing.
Opportunities and threats
According to MBTI, I will have four opportunities in the future. With A method for measuring a person's preferences, four basic scales with opposite poles are used. The four scales are: (1) extraversion/introversion, (2) sensate/intuitive, (3) thinking/feeling, and (4) judging/perceiving. The different combinations of these preferences form 16 personality types. MBTI identify different personality type. It may increase productivity; aid people improve work and personal relationships and identify leadership and interpersonal communication preferences for clients and subordinates. In the future, for acquirement of top position, following personality characteristics will be identified according to different subordinate's characters:

1.Improve my communication skill because communication skills is very important to secure an interview, to get the job and help you increase the relationship with other people
short team: make English easy like Chinese
long team: learn Spanish as well
2. Improve my vision skill, because the vision skill can visualize and articulate a possible future state and help you to make a good decision.
Short team: thinking some different with the book we learn
Long team: write a vision book just for myself
3.Improve my persuasion skill because improve my persuasion skills also can help me to increase my experience and knowledge and I'll be more effective when helping others.
Short team: train to peruse my parents when we had some different mind for same things.
Long team: can let a lot of people to follow whit my points.
