This essay has been submitted by a student. This is not an example of the work written by our professional essay writers.

I worked in a bank in Nigeria for six years, I was working as a marketer with my Higher National Diploma certificate in Computer Science, although the job has little to do with what I studied in school but I feel the job was beneficial to my personal development. I was more confident and willing to try new things and I had ability to adapt to new situations and environments but I found it very difficult to cope with banking working environment due to my job functions. I was working as a marketer with my Higher National Diploma certificate and I was performing the same job function with my colleagues with degree certificates but I was the least paid. Though, we work as a team, it built up my confidence and I feel it was an extremely rewarding experience in so many ways but it was not a right path to take to better my career, family situation, spirituality, emotional health and other aspect of my life.

Now, i understand the saying that says 'who fail to plan, plan to fail'
