It practises recommendations and gives original frame work for attaining work\life balance. It even provides an opportunity to develop professional development of strategy to improve sustainability and principal ship.

Only the four principals are used in redesign the factors influencing the often work quoted study factors. As the principals are busy people the interviews are taken in limited time and scope.

In traditional way the inquiry method comprises the element of co-operative inquiry and the approach in this study is involved with the school leader's data, other techniques are not used. Sending case technique would improve the process. This process have removed spontaneity and usefulness.

Many have researched on this study and different people have different notes regarding the work\life balance. On the whole the context and culture of an organisation will have the main effect on the capacity of staf members which are used in balancing work as well as personnel life these are factors which are being assumed in the study. The central issue of this is on the development of student research strategies by exploration of personnel and organisational strategies.

8.6.5 Build on strengths

It is understood the principalship needs an affirmative guiding image and it also told that DoE identifies school leaders who are well expertise. Based on the building on strength as foundation element the professional development can be done. people who approaching for retirement and to share good practises the employing strength of school leaders have been extended. For supporting this flexible or part time works are being arranged.

8.6.6 Focus on care and self-care

The primary aspect in the role of principal is care which is told by Peterson and Day in the year 2000. And they also say that it should be nurtured and moulded accordingly. This is not to say that care is only factor of leadership but is to say that it is a soft part in the school leadership this was the assumption made by Saulwick during 2004. The negative situation is having the principal class fit and a challenge characterised have resulted in gaining extraordinary comments. In fact care has been framed to be the strength.
