This study will identify the different factors that determine the impact of male staff in nursery. Also, the study must intensively examine many characteristics of one phenomenon over period of time to learn all about the factors involved. This study is a research in the field of Early Childhood and will bring such knowledge for the next level of the roadmap. Since men are more likely to be deputies and heads, who register as teachers but often do not have teaching as active duties, the number of men actually taking classes and involved in the childcare is even smaller. It is necessary that during the first five crucial years of a life of a child, they must have a quality relationship and contact with both female and female role models.
According to researches, parents are calling for more men to become teachers because they fear their children lack male role models. The demand is even higher among single mothers, who expressed in the survey, that their children had minimal contact with men in caring roles. The Children's Workforce Development Council, which conducted the survey, presented that they wanted to encourage more men to see nursery and childcare work as a viable career.
In recent years, educational status has received a lot of attention from administrators, teachers, students, and parents in how institutions remain accountable for their student. To address this problem, the researchers would try to evaluate the effectiveness of male nurses to determine the factors and elements necessary to validate the importance of their role in learning process. The purpose of this study is to discover the factors that determine the impact of male staff in nursery. The study will focus on capturing their experiences and issues/challenges that have been confronted and the kind of impact that they possibly have implemented.
The scope of the study includes the determination of the factors that determine the impact of male staff in nursery. The study will also seek to determine the effects of these male staff to behavior and value system to be accommodated in the wide range culture. It further seeks to determine the impact on personal belief and system to be accommodated also in the wide range culture. The study focused on local practices to be incorporated into standard and resources aligned with the childcare because the researcher believed that this is important for these positions to have a stronger potential to impact the children and its effectiveness compared to positions that are handled by female staffs.
Along with these objectives is the provision or modification of tools for assessment purposes and formulate programs to address the current situation. The following objectives will be used to achieve the goal aims of the study:

The implication of this study is that the researcher would be able to assess and identify effectiveness of male staff to improve the children's behavior, personality and learning process in general. It will benefit the education through effective learning and evaluating processes. The results would provide valuable information to early childhood care practitioner especially they would be able to obtain information about what is more effective factors and strategies to be employed in the setting and how each influence and learning process affects the children and student satisfaction.
During the periods of research and project the researcher will ensure:
1. All participants are guaranteed confidentiality and anonymity in the final report
2. Abide by the 1998 data protection act
3. Will never damage any participant's job or job prospects by confidential data about themselves becoming known to any others.
4. Will be reported in a way that protects both the researcher and participants from potential criminal or legal action
5. Withdrawal is available at any point during the research
6. Professional standards to be maintained throughout the research
7. Store all documentation, reports and results in a secure, safe location.
Research design is the plan for the systematic approach conducted in such a way that the answer found will be as meaningful and as accurate as possible. This is an approach that will best answer the research questions and ensuring its validity and reliability (MacNee, 2004). It is a map of plan or action strategy that links to the methods to produce an option of method (Creswell, 2003). The researcher chose the qualitative approach in this research. Qualitative research emphasizes the importance of looking at variables in natural setting in which they are found. The researcher will gather detailed data through direct investigation and analysis of studies (Jacob, 1988). The study employ this method to process and design a clear methodological type of research, where the researcher build a complex, realistic framework, so that they will analyze narratives and observations conducted in the field.
Sample or the number of respondents needed is usually small and purposively selected. It uses comprehensive descriptions based from the observation to the respondents. This is the method that the researcher used because of the nature and purpose. ). The non-probability followed technique is the convenience sampling which chooses the individuals that are easiest to reach or sampling that is done easy. This study is descriptive in nature, getting background information from available documents and providing discussion of theories and concept related to the presentation (Creswell, 2003
The purposive sampling technique was used by the researcher since this technique enables the researcher to select based from the criteria that has been set. In response to the nature of the study and the in-depth analysis involved in the treatment of data, the number of respondents was limited to a number of nursery institutions. All respondents will be certified with an endorsement, currently in nursery. Privacy and confidentiality will be practice in the course of the study. Pseudonyms (consisting of two initials) will be using when referring to the participants in this study.
The criteria of selecting the respondents were the following:
• The male staff of nursery.
• The children enrolled in the nursery and their parents.
Assessment tool will be planned and designed accordingly. This research tool will reflect the information needed to investigate and analyze the factors that determine the impact of male staff in nursery. The tool will be administered by the researcher through interview with the respondents. The tool and research questionnaires will also be pilot tested so that the questions could be refined to reflect the needed information for analysis (Nieswiadomy, 2007).
One purpose of the interview for male staff using the assessment tool is to clarify the researcher's initial interpretation of the information collected during the observation(s). Most of the interviews will be conducted within 20-30 minutes. The interviews will be semi-structured and took place in each field at a time convenient for the respondents. It can be used to confirm knowledge and understanding where it is not apparent from performance, address gaps in knowledge and understanding in performance-based units, authenticate evidence by asking respondents to explain part of the evidence and/or describe the process of producing it, assess contingencies where it would not be practical or safe to wait until the skill or activity can be observed (Creswell, 2003).
Since the purpose of the interview is to clarify the researcher's understanding of what occurred in a specific area, the individual interviews will be guided by an individualized set of questions about subject-based assessment based on the observations. The questions will be developed before the interview and necessary modifications and additions to the questions will be made as the interview was being conducted for modification purposes. Each interview will be documented properly. After each interview, the transcript and interview summary will be sent to the respondents to check for agreement with the researcher's interpretations (Nieswiadomy, 2007).
A questionnaire is essentially a structured written interview consisting of a set of questions relating to a particular area of performance. Unlike a personal interview, it is administered and judged under standard conditions. Questionnaires will be particularly suited to the assessment of outcomes concerned with attitudes, feelings, interests and experiences. An advantage of questionnaires provides an efficient means of gathering information with respect to learners' experiences, less time-consuming to administer than personal interviews (Nieswiadomy, 2007). Limitations includes responses may not be a true reflection of a learner's attitudes , requires considerable skill to construct questionnaires which will elicit the desired information, may be difficult to interpret the results, i.e. to specify what is a satisfactory performance, reliability may be difficult to achieve (Guide to Assessment,2008).
Children's Feedback Assessment
Reliable feedback assessment for children will measure the degree of consistency with which respondent's responses to an intervention are judged through observation of their behavior and learning process. To be reliable, assessment decisions on children's' performance must be consistent across all assessors for all respondents undertaking the same assessment procedure with consideration to their age (0-5 years old). In any assessment system, procedures have to be put in place to ensure this. Assessment decisions will be reliable for they will be generated by valid assessments which are produced under conditions of assessment that are consistently applied and when they are consistent within the array of assessors using the assessment in different circumstances, contexts and with different respondents they are taken on the basis of clearly-defined standards of performance the authenticated work of the candidates is being assessed they are consistent over time (Guide to Assessment, 2008).

Data Gathering Method and Analysis
The researcher, to be able to gather all necessary information will come in contact with the expert and authority in the Early Childhood care for in-depth interview. In-depth interview, which is also known as unstructured or qualitative interviewing is the type of interview, which researcher elicit necessary information in order to achieved a holistic understanding and inferences of situations and issues (Nieswiadomy, 2007). This method also used to explore interesting areas for further investigation and gather more data in order to achieve the objectives of the study. The interview involved, asking vital information, open ended questions and probing necessary to obtain data deemed useful by the researcher. The researcher will also utilize derivatives to be computable with the set standard (Jacob, 1988).
In addition to data gathering procedure the researcher will utilized the following technique to obtain the best possible data;
Books and journals from different libraries will be used to collect articles and information for the study. Other reference materials such as newspaper will also be utilized by the researcher for added information. The researcher will chose to review books and other written paraphernalia from the library sources as they hold information regarding the subject of the study (Jacob, 1988).
The researcher opted to use computer-based research for the gathering of latest information and data, given that significant part of the research requires information from different part of the world (Creswell, 2003).
Investigative Research through Interview
To be able to gain access to important data and records, the researcher will connect, interview and collaborate with the expert who hold the answer to research queries. This is substantial for the study so as to give it more depth by supplementing actual documents. The interview and will also serve as a significant factor in analyzing the subject (Jacob, 1988).
The assessor observes the candidates as they carry out tasks defined in the standards for the qualification. Methods of Analysis
Information gathered including both descriptive and quantitative data will be analyzed using tables and graphs. The study will make use of a quantitative method of research because it seeks to collect data through the application of a research instrument such as assessment tool (Darlington, et al, 1993). Most of the qualitative data will be recorded using frequency counts and will be interpreted accordingly. To analyze numerical data, statistical software will be used. Secondary data will be used to establish trends and to establish observations that lead us to the research topic and how it will be conducted. Recommendations will also be given based on the results of the study. Policy implications and topics for future research will also be given.

In this study, each assessment will be designed to allow candidates to produce the evidence to show that they have the required knowledge, understanding and skills for the qualification for nursery staff. The instrument to be used and the result will include data based on materials related to the standard assessment policies including directives on standardized testing to check for validity of instrument. Also collected were samples of materials in assessment activities in the nursery room for the purpose of reading such as worksheets, books, and paper and tests (Creswell, 2003).

This serves as final part of the study wherein a conclusion is made based on the results of the investigation of the study. Also, a practical recommendation will be given to ascertain the applicability of the findings in practical living. Likewise, it will also provide an insightful learning about how the research process developed the skills for critical thinking, time management and careful attention to details of the researcher. It is opted to assert how problems incurred in the process have been resolved and what lessons were learned from them by the researcher. The limitation part entails the honest admission of probable limitations of the study and how this might have influence the findings. Likewise, this will serve as basis for the next section which deals with the areas for further research (Creswell, 2003).
Areas for further research - Based on the result of the study, the areas that might need improvement to derive better results will be suggested including other recommendations for further development of the study.
