Effective communication skills play important role in our life and Effective communication is a very important and use full skill for an educator to pass their idea to their students and makes easy for educator to communicate effectively. Everything the educator says and does is a form communication with children is only effective If the educator know that, what he/she is trying to explain to the student and he/she sure that his/her student understand him/her very much. There is different type of skills that educator can use to explain their effective communication through writing, speech, action and nonverbal expression with body language. An educator can communicate with children via body language and other way of non- communication methods but effective communication is the skill which gives educator an opportunity to understand students and pass ideas to them. It is not impossible to communicate with children without effective communication skills but it will not effective without a good communication skills.

Communicating effectively is a learnt skill. So the purpose of effective communication skills for educator to get their message across to children clearly and effectively. Birth to twelve years is the critical time for children to master skills of language and grammar.   Educators communicate with children on a professional level with varying methods of communication on a daily basis (Kail & Cavanaugh, 2003).

So it is very significant that an educator understand children language as well as children body language by participating in back- and forth interactions. When a student sends a massage, whether it is a gesture, a sound, or a word, educator should response serve as helpful feedback that reinforce and encourage student learning. And this responsive feedback is a part of effective communication skills which is an essential ingredient in the language learning process for every child.

Communicating with children is really vital. The educator has to find out about the children and show them that you are interested. The educator must have effective communication skills to become a qualified teacher. Communication skills for an educator are as important as their deep knowledge of the subject which they are going to teach. The educators should be aware of the importance of communication skills in the class as well. The educator must realize that all children have different levels of strengths and weaknesses. The effective communication skills are the only way that an educator can introduce creative and effective solutions to the problem.

To be successful educator, an educator must have various types of communication skills. These skills comprise writing skills, speech skills, no verbal skills, listening skills and reading skills. The first writing skills are above all form of communication to express ideas and feelings from one mind to another mind. Reading is also a skill, which needs children to make simple changes in their approach to master the talent. The children should give sufficient time reading every day to be an effective communicator. This should be done on a daily basis so that the memory gets refreshed with the knowledge. The importance of speaking skills is very necessary than ever before. The educator cannot be successful without knowing how to speak. Good speaker can be a good listener too. The listening skills are also one of the important parts of communication process.

To be a good listener and communicator and educator can use open ended question with the children. Educator can use react and short words of encouragement, so children can feel confident. The educator can show them positive body language while listening. Nonverbal communication is communication without words. You communicate nonverbally when you gesture, smile or frown, widen your eyes, move your chair closer to someone, wear jewellery, touch someone, or raise your vocal volume-and when someone receives these signals. Even if you remained silent and someone attributed meaning to your silence, communication would have taken place. Devito, J. A. (2003). Human communication: The basic course (9th ed.). USA: Pearson Education Inc. Children learn about their worlds and communicate with others using many different languages (Malaguzzi, 1998). Family, community and cultural practices all shape and influence children's verbal and non-verbal languages, their patterns of interaction and their preferred modes of communication.

Educators and parents play an integral part during learning process of students. This is because both parties will have continuous interaction with the student (which will automatically bring them closer). When effective communication is being utilized, all of the different stakeholders can be able to reach out to one another. This will provide a number of long term benefits to include: it establishes partnerships among various stakeholders and serves as a model in helping to overcome other challenges. Once this happens, is when there is a transformation in the educational environment and the ability to create a lasting positive foundation towards learning and education (Crisman 2010, pg.199). Communication skills were some of the most in important reaching out to children. This is because the experiences that they have will shape their views about the world around them.

The arts (music, dance, drama, visual arts and media) provide powerful ways to communicate as well. Sometimes, the arts can be used to express ideas when words are not available, or are inadequate (Wright, 2003). The other way to communicate is when children begin to understand that print has meaning they can be encouraged to start to learn to read familiar words, such as their name. Educators can point out key literacy concept to the children by showing the pictures, books, paintings and colours.

The educator can be effective communicator if educator possesses these essential communication skills. Positive Motivation is very important skills for effective communication. All children's are different kinds of taste. The role of the effective communicative educator is to remove any kind of fears and hesitation from children minds. Effective Body Language is one of the most essential skills for the educator. Only the effective communicative educator can present power full body language supported by verbal skills to create a long lasting impression in the minds of the children. This is the way of communication the educator will inevitably become more interactive and interesting for the children. Sense of humour is also very essential skill for educator as described by A number of educators have seen humour as an essential ingredient of being communicative. Booth-Butterfield and Booth Butterfield (1991) stated that the effective teacher should "skilfully produce humorous messages on a regular basis in the classroom" (In Aylor & Oppliger, 2003, p. 124.

A good sense of humour keeps the children active and interested in the class. The educator who is lacks of humour doesn't contribute to the overall well being of the students. Understanding the children educator should encourage students to communicate openly. Educator should always hear the opinions of the children while they are solving any kind of the problem in the classroom. Team Formation is also very good method where you can divide the children into small groups and ask them to new kind of questions to think about. This practice will increase not only the interaction among the children but also among the educator and children. The educator will be very effective educator with technical skills. If the educator is up to date everything then educator can use modern gadgets to educate the children like computer, internet video conferencing.

In conclusion, No matter how brilliant and invaluable your idea, it is worthless unless you can share it with others. For this reason, effective communication is crucial at every level of an organization. However, the ability to communicate effectively does not come easily to many people, and it is a skill that requires practice. We begin practicing our communication skills even before we learn to walk. A newborn child communicates by crying, but it slowly learns to mimic its parents 'speech. Eventually, the child discovers that certain speech patterns elicit different responses; one of the joys of parenting is trying to decipher the meaning behind certain "words." Does "baaa aaw" mean that the baby wants his ball, his bottle, or his blanket? Slowly, through trial and error, the child learns to manipulate sounds to get what it wants, and as the child develops, this active oral practice leads to more nuanced and fluid conversations. In short, the child learns effective communication.
