Self -analysis is an independent attempt to study and to comprehend one's own personality, emotions and behavior. It is the application of psychotherapeutic principles to the analysis for the treatment of mental or emotional problems by psychological means. If a self-analysis is performed and our mind is made up accordingly, we can at least to certain extent so as to tackle the situation in a satisfactory manner. Self-analysis is an-depth analysis to help to reflect on our career development. One should have the capacitance to judge itself and its strength and weakness in various changing roles and must have the ability to fit itself for different situations. Freud's self-analysis started in the mid 1890's to reach its climaxes in 1895 and 1900.

The first phase is full of unexpected aspects and inventiveness - the productive, creative stage. The second becomes an obligation derived from his profession as a psychoanalyst. Freud's discoveries during his first stage of self-analysis are known to have been included in two of his main books: "The Interpretation of Dreams" "The Psychopathology of Everyday Life", offers Freud room to focus on the analysis of faulty and symptomatic actions, the important thing to emphasize here being that this volume represents Freud's transfer from the clinical to normal life - it proves neurotic features are present not only in sickness but also in health. The difference does not lie in quality but in quantity. Repression is greater with the sick and the free libido is sensibly diminished. Therefore, it is for the first time in the history of psychopathology that Freud overrules the difference between pathology and health.

That makes it possible to apply psychoanalysis to so-called normal life...and "The Psychopathology of Everyday Life". Anzieu avoided classic biography (such as the one by Ernest Jones [1953-1957]) in order to apply the psychoanalytic method to its creator. His work is supported by a thorough chronological inventory of the documents of the self-analysis (dreams, screen memories, slips, instances of forgetting, and parapraxes) from 1895 to 1902, the date of the break with Wilhelm Fliess and the foundation of the Psychoanalytic Society of Vienna. 1.1 Self-Awareness:

Self-awareness is the capacity of introspection and the ability to reconcile oneself as an individual separate from the environment and other individuals. Self-Awareness Theory states that when we focus our attention on ourselves, we evaluate and compare our current behavior to our internal standards and values. Various environmental cues and situations induce awareness of the self-such as mirrors, an audience or being video tapped or recorded. These cues also increase accuracy of personal memory. In Demetriou's theory one of the neo- Piagetian theories of cognitive development , self-awareness develops systematically from the birth through the life span and it is a major factor for the development of general inferential processes.

A series of recent studies showed that self-awareness about cognitive processes participates in general intelligence on a par with processing efficiency functions such as working memory, processing speed and reasoning. Self-awareness can be called of one's own knowledge, attitudes and opinions. Alfred Binet's first attempts to create an intelligence test included items for "auto-critique"- a critical understanding of oneself. Alfred Bandura has created called self-efficiency that builds of varying degrees of self-awareness. As we develop self-awareness we are able to make changes in the thoughts and interpretations we make in your mind. Self-awareness is one of the attributes of Emotional Intelligence and an important factor in achieving success. Self-awareness is the first step in creating what we want and mastering ourselves, where we focus our attention, our emotions, reactions, personality and behavior determines where we go in life. Key areas of self-awareness are: - personality, values, habits, needs, emotions.

Personality helps us to find situations in which we will thrive, and help us to avoid situations in which we will experience to much stress. Values are important to focus on our personal values. When we focus on our values, we are more likely to accomplish what we consider most important. Habits are the behaviors that we repeat routinely and often automatically help us interact effectively and manage others. Needs exert the strongest influence on our own behaviors is the ability to understand how they affect our interpersonal relationships. 1.2 Self-Development:

Self-development can be called as a development of one's capabilities or potentialities. It also describes of taking steps to better ourselves such as learning new skills or overcoming bad habits. Self-development is the act of reforming ones habits, tastes, wants, needs etc. It is an effort towards self-fulfillment, either through formal study programs or on one's own. Self-development is taking personal responsibility for one's own learning and development through a process of assessment, reflection and taking action. To acquire self-developing process one should have the habit of maintaining a learning log or dairy to help to analyze what we are from our work experiences. Personal vision and mission oriented steps should create by oneself so as to acquire learning needs and goals.

To improve one's abilities a better professional organizations should be selected and also must have the habit of reading professional journals and trade magazines to keep current pace on the latest developments in the practical field. An Individual Development (IDP) is a formal document that specifies the individual's development goals and how he or she plans to accomplish them. Ann IDP can be a tool used to promote Self-Development. Self-Development includes, developing healthy self-esteem, self-knowledge, self-image, self-belief and self-confidence so that you can develop your unique talents and abilities and contribute. Through Self-development and self-leadership we can find meaning and significance in our lives, attain states of self-efficacy (Bandura), flow (Csikszentmihalyi) and self-actualization (Maslow). Galileo Gallilei defined self-development as: - "You cannot teach a person anything; you can only help him find it within himself". Self-Development is intrinsic to self-leadership as leadership and learning are inseparable.

So self-leadership is knowing who you are, what you can do and where you are going, coupled with the ability to manage your communication, emotions and behavior on the way to getting there. Self-development and personal development tend to be used to talk about the same thing. It is the set of activities, tasks and study that an individual undertakes as they strive to improve their self-knowledge. The ultimate aim of self-development is to achieve our full potential whether that may be in our professional or personal life. 1.3 Continuous Development:

It is defined as an ongoing effort to improve skills, services, or processes. These efforts can seek "incremental" improvement over time or "breakthrough" improvement all at once. Delivery (customer valued) processes are constantly evaluated and improved in the light of their efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility. It can also be called as continuous development of a state, activity or idea. The philosophy of 'continuous development' (CD) referred to in Europe as 'permanent education' also poses a major challenge to traditional practices - acknowledging that self-directed learning has become a pre-requisite for individual and organizational development. The traditional philosophy of training seems to be given place to the continuous development concept and that there is a growing recognition that more effective training is often achieved when less emphasis is placed on formal instruction and trainees are given responsibility for their own learning. Flexible learning, open access learning centers, or computer-based training are excellent examples.

It is a stage where development processes trends to rise due to more training processes, practical field workshop etc. Formal and informal education system plays a significant role in binding a continuous development process. Greater the value of practical goal oriented values greater the chances of developing ones skills, creativity, handling of different situations, roles etc. Chapman, (1992, p.18) says: - "Training does not necessarily equal learning. Training is something that can be done unto others but learning is something individuals have to choose for themselves." Continuous development is an active process involving the individual in decisions about growth and change. It is concerned with attainable realities - the difference between what the individual currently does and how and what he or she can realistically achieve. It focuses on an attainable and viable role in which the job offers increased challenge, demands and ultimate satisfaction and rewards.

Continuous development opportunities arise from formal structured learning, such as courses and conferences, but they can also arise from informal unplanned opportunities, self-directed learning and other professional activities as for example, networking, project management, and work groups.

Regular investment of time in learning should be seen as an essential part of professional life, not as an optional extra. More importantly, whilst these experiences can be very valuable, they need to be recognized by individuals and organizations, if learning outcomes are to serve for further development opportunities and organizational action plans. 2.1 Johari windows:

The Johari windows model is useful and simple illustrating tools where it shows how to improve self-awareness. The test showed the four categories Arena, Blind spot, Façade, unknown. In these result the test describing my strength, weakness and blind spot. It is very interesting test which I can develop my personal and professional life which it can make a mutual understanding in different situation. Each four region represents my feelings, motivating, experiences, attitude and blind area.

The four regions of Johari windows explain me:-

What is known by me and also known by others i.e. Arena

What is unknown by me but which others knows i.e. blind spot

What I know about me and others don't know i.e. facade

What is unknown by me and others also i.e. unknown area

2.1.1 Arena

In these area shows that I am friendly with everybody and where others also know. In a team or group where you working you must be friendly which will help to create a strong relationship in team. Also in group members can help a person to expand their open area by asking about him or her. Managers and leaders play a vital role in organization or in company to spot out the blind areas and giving comprehensive feedback to individual about their areas. I belief that friendly nature play a great role in my past and present life it creates positive communication in my personal and professional life.

2.1.2 Blind Area

I accept these prudent and I will try to develop my all blind area. Others has describe me about my blind area which is unknown by me. My blind area where is like that I am confident, calm, adaptable, dependable, friendly and mature. This is my all those area which I neglect, it could also be referred to as ignorance about oneself. The processes of soliciting and giving feedback about the blind spot will help the people to out come from the dark and to encourage by motivating.

2.1.3 Façade

In this area which I know but others don't know like helpful, loving, nervous, tense, and trustworthy. I always try to bring this area into the open area but for some reason I fail so i gave up bringing to this in open area, so its remains hidden. But in working place like organization and in company we have to show these or else we cannot show our leadership where we can make our position. So we have to reduce the hidden area and bring them into the open area.

2.1.4 Unknown areas

In these region I don't know and others also. In this area there don't have any information and knowledge which I promote myself through self-discovery or soliciting by others. These is probably rectify in team members where leaders and manager will detect and bring the unknown area to open area.

As, per my johari windows result I accept it because it helps me to find out my strength and weakness and its give a chance to develop my personal and professional line and make a great career in future.

2.2 Psychometrics Test

In Psychometric Test there are two tests one is view and shape. The test which I going to describe am about shape which talks about my outlines of my strength and development needs. In this test indicate which strength I can build on in comparison to others, and which competencies I need to take care to ensure long-term professional success. In this report give the idea how to overcome the situation in different problems and how to tackle it. Here in the result says where I can build my career and what to plan in my work and I have clear objective in mind where it's my key point to success and said that risk is the main possible in my way but I effectively overcome through this situation. I approach others very quickly and enter into the conversation and make entertainment in the work place. I will be very happy to work in team and have ability to incorporate myself into a team. As, in working place I make sociable manner to create a good bondage with others. I easily interact with others to develop their views and ideas to make a charm atmosphere between them and me. In this report it says I have to aware of like I have represent my ideas in very factually and structure wise. As a result I confuse myself what I want to say or deliberate. And I consider that basically I have to be a very professional and experienced in professional area cause all professional knowledge doesn't mean to complete the work .In last point of shape section said that to try difference between on self-confident, insecure and aggressive behavior pattern. And to find someone who is belief that I have confident.

In the second part I would like to point out the clear writings with a drop of ink in it. I able mean to agree with these report and abseil down a cliff with a fine way. Enthusiasm makes different opportunities for me and my energy makes the most of them. I like to expand network with corporate because every situation. I properly perecilled becomes an opportunities. I don't agree with what it said that my decision leads to confusion, I clearly cut out the words of distract and always try to make a free open road. It's not like that I give importance to mire security but I only behold the ladder of success is best climbed by stepping in the rungs of opportunities.

And I always try myself to be up to date with energy; I like teamwork to touch the bright line. The nice thing about it is that I can always have others on our side. Extraversion is the source where direction or information collect and belief in external world while introversion has a source of energy where they choose internal direction world to collect information

Thinking is that while we think before doing something and after that we try to collect the information on such thinking and feelings means that people where they directly make decision from emotion, attitude and sentiment.

Judging means where people step forward in life by judging or make plan while they do any act and perceiving means where the people try to incline to improve especially sight or take some alternative decision.

After this test my result of introvert over extraversion is 11%, intuition over sensing- 38%, feeling over thinking- 12%, judging over perceiving 1%

From this career path one of the profession I agree and most of I disagree. Ever since I was in the Secondary Educational level, I was always attracted to the management part. So, I have keen interest in management sector. Other than this, I also have comprehensive problem solving abilities, perseverance in working hard, which is the essential key for my career and to experience a new business world, where I can show my creative and innovative ideas in the areas of management. After my successful completion of graduation in commerce. I thought that I have that potential to do course in management. As we see that now a days there are many entrepreneurship with many strategic business planning who enters in our business world. Today the way which we consider that human mental is highly developed which influenced in management. From my view point I am enabling to shape my personality in management as I am commerce student. So, I want to pursue a greater course base on management for knowing all new strategic planning which me able to seek me for higher level education and to enter in a business world for good complexities. For my better career in management i have to work hard to get my success, where i will get help from management university name James Cook University Singapore.

I agree because I like administration part and I am interested in this area. After completing my graduation in commerce level, I have made up my mind for the purpose of studying Master of Business Administration.

2.6 SUMMARY

According to this report I learn many things about self-analysis, self-development, personal development and continuous development. As, completion of these test I really come to know what my strength and weakness are and I explain what the test is about and how it will help in personal and professional life to develop. The test report says that how I can overcome of the situation if I face any problem in future and in present. It says how to improve in my weak point and how to work in team and how to show leadership in organization. I agree most of the test because it inters links with my real life and tell the truth. After doing the test I come to know which area is I am totally blank and have to develop myself. In these test report I spot my blind area which is unknown by me. However these test introduce my strength where it's unknown by but after these test I confidently move forward and use my weapon in different situation.
