A Joint venture is a new wave of thought in which a synergy is created by two business house mostly in similar arena but different geographic region with contemplating skills. Example can be of two retailers in Western economy and China merging. The two companies can do a lot better by pooling their resource and their expertise across two geographic region while sharing the risk and rewards.
