In Today's business world every things should be make it as profitable manner. In any manufacturing concern there should be waste and scrap from its main products. This scrap has processed and further the same can be converted in to utilizable product through effective techniques. Likewise human hair have also some usages to manufacture various products and to create a successful business opportunity in today's world. From Human Hair numerous products and things are manufactured and marketed - like it is a fertilizer /manure, amino acid, (L-Cysteine), wigs manufacturing, suit lining, for Hair Extension business, suturing material etc. It enables them to improve our economic value by exporting and marketing of these products thorough out the world.

In India the business peoples are collecting and processing the human hair and exporting to various countries. Raw Indian human hair and its products are very much demanded in all over world because of its quality. It increases our economic value in the export market and also creates lot of employment opportunities both directly and indirectly.

Hence, both central and state government should take necessary steps for creating awareness about the usages of human hair and promoting this business as an employment generation business.

It is proposed to conduct the survey from exporters only. It has greater depth of the study. It is less concerned with the representation and is more concerned with the in-depth study of a few typical situations. The main advantages of this field survey lay the realism, strength of variables and heuristic quality. This study gives a realistic view of the phenomenon as it involves a study of the real facts.

Census method

Due to availability of limited number of hair exporters, the research was planned to meet the entire hair exporter who is located in Chennai city only. Based on the information provided by the Chennai port trust and Exim India the list of hair exporters are collected and identified for the study

TOOLS USED FOR DATA COLLECTION

The researcher is planned for collecting the data through structured interview Schedule and informal interview from the exporters..

ABOUT HAIR

The main component of hair fiber is keratin. The hair can be divided into three parts length-wise, (1) the bulb, a swelling at the base which originates from the dermis, (2) the root, which is the hair lying beneath the skin surface, are also three parts, (1) the medulla, an area in the core which contains loose cells and airspaces (2) the cortex, which contains densely packed keratin and (3) the shaft, which is the hair above the skin surface. In cross-section, there and (3) the cuticle, which is a single layer of cells arranged like roof shingles.
