My previous report covers detailed design of the house and swimming pool building and this report covers some of the most important aspects of design and construction of house and swimming pool building. Which include deliberation of construction sequence, programme, material take off, specification and communication of technical design and construction issues with the client. The proposed house and swimming pool building floor plan is shown on Fig 1.

This has to be obtained by a plant where holds a current Certificate of Accreditation under the Quality Scheme for Ready Mix Concrete. Details of cement type, aggregate grading and sources, with chloride and sulphate content of mixes to be checked form the Structural Engineer before ordering any concrete.

Concrete should be waterproofed by the addition of "Cementaid EVERDURE CALTITE SYSTEM "ingredients including CALTITE at a percentage of 30 litres per cubic metre and SUPTERPLASTET at the manufacturer's recommended rate. The content of EVERDURE CALTITE concrete of the cement has to be more than 350 kg per cubic metre. The water content should be reduced to adjust for the SUPERPLASTET AND CALTITE and maintain the required workability, however the water/cement ratio must not be bigger than 0.45.

All around the world, people engage in lots of recreational activities which are dangerous and sometimes potentially life threatening - like rock climbing, skydiving, mountain biking, rock climbing and skiing. However one activity where is supposed to be safe and fun such as recreational bathing, which includes swimming in spas, pools or hot tubs and wading/swimming in ponds, lakes, rivers, or water parks, the last years has become a real risk. There are various communicable diseases of concern where are commonly related with recreational swimming pools due to the consumption of contaminated water by people, even if that has been sanitized or chlorinated.

Swimming pools consist exposed bodies of water and so subject to contamination which could be transmitted in the pool water from the swimmers or the environment (e.g. rain, wind). There has been appeared a high increase of infections from swimming pools. Some strains of viruses and bacteria have become enough resistant to the chlorine which used as a sanitizer in swimming pools. Consequently, exist an increasing demand for new sanitizers where will able to effectively and quickly destroy these diseases.

Unfortunately, it is not possible the prevention of viruses and bacteria to be entered into the pool water. In swimming pools with many swimmers, the risk of contamination is much bigger and combined with the sun's effect the Chlorine breaks down quite fast. So many swimming pool maintainers hoping to prevent that illness over-chlorinate the pool's water.

However this creates another dilemma as chlorine can also cause health problems and for that reason overuse should be avoided. Mineral water sanitizers like the Pool Wizard can reduce by 75% the chlorine consumption creating a healthier and safer swimming environment. As also the Pool Wizard destroys effectively any potential harmful algae virus or bacteria.

Also called as snail fever or Bilarziasis, this organism consist a trematode infection. The most usual manifestation in North America is a kind of dermatitis known as "swimmer's itch" being prevalent between bathers in ponds and lakes where the snails abound. In North American schistosomes can not mature over human beings and so in this area that disease is self-limiting and mild. However in other world's parts, schistomiasis take place while cercariae, released from the snail into the water and penetrate while a human is wading, swimming or working its skin. Then the cercariae entered to the bloodstream, carried to lung's blood vessels, and migrate into the veins and liver of the abdominal cavity. Some common symptoms are abdominal pain, diarrhea and enlarged liver, leading to low liver functioning and colorectal cancer.

Also known as Dracontiasis consist an infection where usually it is appeared around the foot during the period where the "adult female worm" is going to expel in the environment its larvae. Other common symptoms include itching and burning skin as also fever, vomiting, nausea and diarrhea. When the body part which has been infected immersed through the water, the blister is erupted and then the larvae comes out. The larvae transmitted drinking contaminated water or swimming in contaminated lakes. This disease is still endemic in just only 13 sub-Saharan countries.
