This system is a software system begins using the user to determine, creation, storage and access database. We have used the Microsoft Access to create the table, it can create the relationship between the tables. Entity relationship model is representing the relationship of entities in a database have to create. It uses this entity relationship model in between tables that can more easily and fast to find the information.

Database is a collection of data, it is stored the information in your computer. Database system is an actual operation of storage, maintenance and application software systems to provide data. It is storage media, handling collection of objects and management systems. These examples of database in applications are supermarket, local library, university, company and more. So this can let to stored many information and also easy to find it. Database has a system to administer that data we have to save in computer. The system is Database Management System (DBMS). Database Management System is a software system has been founded the permission database the potency with and manages. This is including to correction and promotes its modernized. Function of Database Management System is data storage, retrieval and update. It means this system can be storage the data and when the data error we also can use this system to retrieval the data like before we stored.

3.14 Centre Table

Tables 3.11, 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14 are all the information system with student. This all tables are big information so it is database system. Student information system have about the student number, student name, address, telephone number, courses and lecturer number. This all is the student information, when we want to see the information of student we can open this database to see and know the student information. Student number is for when you become that college student will have because all students also have own number. It has a number for student is can let us easy to find that student information in database. Example if have two student is same name then don't have student number we will find wrong student. So have student number is easy for the staff or lecturer to find the student. The lecturer number will have appeared in student table because it tells you the lecturer is teach which student. Finally, database in the table the student, lecturer, office and centre information. This all tables have relationship in between.

3.2 Primary Key

Primary key is a principal linkage relations table appraises each record uniquely in table. Primary key also is a main key in a table. When u set the primary key in a table then in information of table number cannot got same number appeared in same column. Because in that table we have set the primary key inside it is avoid got same number in students. We have lecturer table to record for each lecturer's information. In this we will choose the lecturer number for a primary key because it is more suitable. After then use more usually choose number for a primary key because if we choose name to set primary will error. It is have set primary key that can't appear same things in a column. We have not choose name for primary key is because will appear same name in lecturer name. So number is not will got same number in a column then it is suitable to set a primary key. And then the lecturer no in lecturer information system is primary key but if the lecturer no in student no is will change to foreign key. Lecturer no is not the primary key in student information system. So the primary key in student information system is student no. Finally all the tables must have the number or ID in a column. That is let us more convenient to set the primary key in a table.

4.0 Student Information System Entity Relationship Model

In this question is using the Microsoft Access to create the all tables in question 1. We use Microsoft Access is to create relationship between tables. Relationship is through definition entity type direct relevant document and through definition entity type. This also has relations between entities. Entity-relationship is representing the relationship of entities in a database have to create. Concepts of Entity Relationship Model have entity type, relationship type and attributes. Entity is an abstraction from complex some domain name. Entity type is a group object with the similar property and appraises the nearly enterprise to take has idempotent existence. This existence has divide into physical and conceptual. Examples of physical existence have student, staff, customer, car and more. And then examples of conceptual are sale, viewing, work experience and more. After that relationship type is meaningful collection association through definition entity type. Attribute is a name column of a relation. It also describes the properties of entities. An attribute is in a table each of column name. Examples are student no, student name, address, tel no, courses and so on. This all is call attribute. In this they have set the primary key in a table because set the primary key just can make that tables relationship they. This is use Microsoft Access to make the database. First we must create a blank database to create student, lecturer, office and centre information system in Microsoft Access. We want to type the tables into Microsoft Access. In this want create four tables in Microsoft Access but have relevance in between. The diagram show in figure 4.01 is the blank database.

When we create the new blank table then we can start to type the information in the table that. Then we have created four tables for student, lecturer, office and centre information system in Microsoft Access. After that finish create a table in student then we can create more tables to put different information in the new table. So finally we have to create four tables in that. It we want to create more tables because want to do database then can do the relationship in between. Then in the figure 4.02 we c see the four tables appear in the Microsoft Access. The diagram is show in figure 4.02.

After that is start to set the primary key in each tables. The primary key let the number not appear same number in a same table. So in student and lecturer information system table can appear the same lecturer to teach more students. It because there have set the primary key in lecturer no and also can't repeat the lecturer no in same column. In this if got same number in same column to set the primary key that is not allow to set the key in the column you want put. So that is just one people can see one people information in this database. In this we want to click the design view in Microsoft Access to set the primary key. The view has show in figure 4.03. Before click the view choose the table you want to create primary key. When we finish set the primary key in all tables and save that. The all tables will close and then we can start to create relationship in between the all tables. This diagram is show in figure 4.04.

Afterwards we have created the relationship in between all the tables. In the Microsoft Access click the database tools then choose the relationship button. These have show in figure 4.05. Then they will appear a box want you to choose the tables that you have created. It will call us to choose the table then click add. That is can add out beside that let you to do relationship in between. When you add all tables then that will show a box. After that have appear four boxes at there. The box is show that all attributes in a table and also appear the primary key that you set in a table. These have show in figure 4.06 and 4.07. It is want to create relationship in between the tables. So we have hole click the primary key's attribute in a table then put in another table that have same attribute with the primary key. Example is if the primary key is student no then hole click the student no put in the another table's student no. That is the relationship in between that all tables. That make a table can see two information between that has relationship. And then finish this all approach that has appeared boxes relevance. This has show in figure 4.08.

It is want to create relationship in between the tables. So we have hole click the primary key's attribute in a box then put in another box that have same attribute with the primary key. Example is if the primary key is student no then hole click the student no put in the another table's student no. That is the relationship in between that all tables. That make a table can see two information between that has relationship. And then finish this all approach that has appeared boxes relevance. This has show in figure 4.08.

In this finish the relationship then we can open that all tables we create. It is to see the relationship in between tables that have what different. Before open that all tables beside the ID attribute did not have a box to click. But now finishes the relationship at beside ID appears a box to click. At there have a plus button is to click see the information relationship between another table. Example for student and lecturer information system, in student there have lecturer no in each student. That is the lecturer teach the student then in between is relationship. So in lecturer table got a plus button to click the student information. Lecturer have own student then lecturer table there have see the student they for lecturer teach. And then click back the button the information will countermand. When want to see again can click that button again, this will show on the information again. This is more convenient to the student information and also easy to see which lecturer to teach which student. This have show in figure 4.09.

After this the office and centre have different with lecturer table. In this the office that can see lecturer information and that lecturer teach that student information too. It because this three tables have relationship when at office table see lecturer information then in the lecturer table there got one more plus button to see the student information together. So in the centre table that can see all this four information because they have relationship in between tables all this. Then in centre table that have to see the staff information, click plus in staff information show on centre table will see the lecturer information under the office. And then lecturer table click plus again can see the student information under the lecturer too. This has show in figure 4.10.

Finally if want to see the entire information together just go centre then can see all information show on in centre information. So it no need go one by one tables to see the information and also that why to do the relationship in between this all tables. It because that can ease and convenience to stored this data in database. Finish this all steps that have can see all the information when create the information make them have relationship in between. So this has to create the same column in two tables to make them relationship. This database mostly is use in college, school, company and more. It because database is has more information to save in using this. But in the big company they did have use this Microsoft Access to create database information. It because Microsoft Access just can store small information, in big company have many information to store so they is use another software to stored the information.

5.0 Conclusion and Recommendation

In this assignment I have learn about database information. It can learn to create the table that has relationship in between. This also let me know what primary key standard for in database is. After that I also have know how to use the Microsoft Access to create database and also can to set the primary key in database. So this has the database information in student information system I created. I recommendation is we can try to do more tables or information in this by using Microsoft Access. If we have six tables in this we can at last tables there see all information in all this tables together. That why we have to use the database to see all the information because it is more easy and convenience for us to find information.

6.0 Appendix
