The main menu has eleven major modules. And each module consists of several sub modules. The system can be installed locally on your own computer, or it can be installed on the network if you want to share it with others. That is this works in a Total Visual Basic Database Environment.
The aim of the project is to modify the existing, manual system to an efficient computerized system. The primary reason for implementing an automated system is to provide an up to date service for the customers and expand the current share by over coming the ever-increasing load of work. The productivity of the employees also will be improved.
Special attention is given for the security of the database. To avoid unauthorized access, special locks are implemented for the transaction details of items, and provide a back up system. So that the data will still be available even at a time of failure in the main system, which would allow the daily operations to be carried out smoothly
This is also aimed at providing flexibility and freedom to the end user while attracting the customer to provide minimal information from their part.
The final Role that is wished to be fulfilled taking in to account all the above mentioned facts is to provide a system which saves time and increase both efficiency and performance.
Operations of Order Proccess:
Once customers submit the Purchase Order forms to Accounts department they will be send it Stock\Warehouse to check whether they have enough materials for the production if not the stock will inform to the Accounts Department that they are less of materials
Operations of Stock Department:
The Stock will store the materials for the production and once the factory needs the materials the stock will transfer the materials through Transport Department. To the production, if the Stock is less, then the stock keeper will inform to the Accounts Department that they are out of stock.
Operations of Production department:
Once the materials has been issued from the Stock the production will be begin Or if there are over Flows of the current materials the stock will be return to the Quality factor and re order a new stock, Once the Production has been completed the end product will be Stored in the Ware-House
Operations of Accounts department:
Once the Production has been sent to the stock, the Stock will give Production details to the Accounts Dept. then the Accounts Dept. will inform the Customer and Issue the Products. The Customer will do the Necessary Payments for the Production
The Products manufactured within the Factory are stored in the Ware-House for Stockiest Order. The Stockiest places goods order to the sales department notifies about the goods order to the accounts department then accounts department analyze it and prepare and place the invoice to the warehouse. Warehouse is the place where the stocks are stored. Then warehouse send the required products to the stockiest through the sales department.
If there are damage goods that the stockiest received, then the stockiest returns the damage to the warehouse through the sales department. Sales department notifies to the account department then the accounts department values them and prepares another invoice to the relevant products or provides the money to the bank. Stockiest pays the credit by chq through the mode of bank
ADMIN LOGIN MODULE
This is the module which gives rights to each employee to access the modules. The user can access this module by typing the specific user name and the pass word. This will be the starting point for all of the work done within the program. This menu consist of
From the information stored in the above module the user of each department obtains the right to access the Main Module. From this module the saved user can also modify the details saved as well as the information of a particular user can be deleted
USER \ ADMIN MODULE
As shown in figure, User Login Module acts as the central access point available for the system users to communicate with the system. The interface of the system has to be designed in a very user-friendly manner in order to cater for the requirements of wide range of users. Special consideration was given when selecting titles of the Forms to ensure that the users clearly understand the functionalities of the system
USER AUTHENTICATION MODULE
As shown in the above diagram, this module queries the user information from database to validate whether the User Name already exists in the database. If so, the new user would be requested to enter a new User Name.

A filtered statement is used to query the database to validate whether the user is valid or not. The user is notified if the authentication information is not valid. Once authenticated the user is considered valid for the entire session.

This is the key module in the proposed solution as it carries out the producing of reports. Once the user Request a particular report a special query will generated to retrieve data from Database and Place that data into report format and finally display through User Interface Module.
This is also major module in the proposed system since it control all the Users access to the database and protect Important data from Unauthorized access or modification. Here all users will get user name and password to access the system. Privileges will assign to users according to their position in the company. A system administrator will be able to get the list of users and monitors their access. And also he/she can add/remove users.
The database handles all the database related activities in a transparent manner. A separate database would be created and the information that needs to be manipulated by the system will be stored in the database. There are several tables in the database, which maintain the specific information required by the system.
