Professional issues and ethics are concerned with legal issues and the codes of conduct of a body, organization or an individual. Possible legal issues that faced by Facebook the social network tycoon involved intellectual property, copyright, piracy and privacy. Ethics or moral beliefs of the company plays major role in its operation.

Facebook was built by Mark Zuckerberg seven years ago with simple ideas. It allows people to connect with each other and share information between user. Zuckerberg believes that people tend to share more if they have the control over the information they shared on Facebook. A world that is connected by people will be more open and it will eventually lead to a better world. These simple ideas remained to be the core principles of Facebook. (Zuckerberg, 2010).

Facebook has made it easy for user by simplify all the control settings and place them in one page, provide customizations for user to adjust the level of sharing granted user an easier access experience.

Filtration of user posted information can be implement to detect possible violation, follow by investigation by experts to take further action such as removal process or removal of account for repeated offender.

A credit system dedicated to all applications can be implements to hold the information that generate throughout the process of audit.
