A good leader is some one who have a good vision of both his team and his goal .Good leaders know where they are heading and they lead these people toward the same vision that they have for their lives, a community, or even a nation. They do not just look at what things are, but at what things could be. Good leadership include a specific and concentrated vision .
Being passionate about work is one of the demanding characteristic of a good leadership. Good leaders are not passive people. They are usually extremely passionate in whatever they're doing. Whether it is sports or business, leaders are extremely focused and some of them are even consumed by their passion.
Good leaders are wise and discerning. A good leader has an exemplary character. It is of utmost importance that a leader is trustworthy to lead others Being a leader often means that they need to make crucial decisions at various points in their ministry. Having the wisdom to make the right decision is extremely important in ensuring the success of the organization.
They have compassion for their followers. While they understand they have a goal to pursue, they constantly look back and care for the people that are following them. They are not selfish people who only think about their own needs and luxuries; they also have a heart for the people under them as well.
Good leaders are charismatic; they are attractive people and they draw people to them by their shining personalities. Whether is it the way they speak, or the excellence they demand from people; these leaders have an X-factor that people feel drawn toward. Example of having a charismatic characteristic is Adolf Hitler. He had a charismatic personality that's why he was able to draw attention of whole of the Germany people.
6. Good Communicators
Good Leader s are very good at orating and speaking. They are extremely well-versed in public speaking and they can influence and inspire people with the things that they say. With this ability, it is not surprise that they can usually garner a good following. Good leaders hold such bullets points while speaking which directly goes into the mind of people.
They are persistent in reaching their goals. They understand that reaching a destination is filled with setbacks. Despite that, they see that the benefits of reaching the goal are greater than that of the setback that they experienced. This makes them extremely persistent people. Good leaders are intoxicated about their goal.
Good leaders have integrity. They mean what they say, and they say what they mean. They are people who keep their promises and they don't play the two-faced political game that a lot of others do. As such, people find them trustworthy and they give their commitment to these leaders as a result.
They are courageous. Winston Churchill says that courage is the virtue on which all others virtue rest upon. Besides just having a pipe dream, good leaders are courageous enough to pursue after it. The fears are real, but a courageous leader pursues them despite the fears. They are enough courageous to over take not only the fear of them selves but also the fear of their whole team.
Good leaders are extremely disciplined in their pursuit of their goals. While most people would be easily distracted or discouraged, good leaders discipline their flesh to keep focused and to keep steady despite the circumstances. They not only behave disciplined but they also set traits based on disciplines for their team members.

In my opinion he is one of the good business leader Tech firms are among the most respected in business today - and Bill Gates is the leader most bosses look up to.
A survey of CEOs by the Financial Times and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) found Bill Gates still topped the list of most respected business leaders - and he's joined in the top 10 by fellow tech bigwigs Michael Dell at five, Carly Fiorina at eight and Steve Jobs at nine. It's the third year that the Microsoft founder has headed the chart.
David Phillips, partner at PwC, said that Gates tops both for his own efforts and for Microsoft's performance.
"In the case of Bill Gates, I think he's become seen as a great leader in terms of his ability to inspire the organization... I don't think he's a conventional business manager in any sense of the word," he said. "I think the view [of Gates as a great leader] is coloured to a certain extent by the continued performance of the company."
Microsoft once again comes up trumps - topping other tech titans to take the number two in the world's most respected business list, with IBM following at four, Dell at six and HP at 10.
Phillips said that in part technology's strong showing is down to its presence in people's everyday life but it's also down to the sector taking the lead in innovation.

In my opinion in an organization having 1200 workers all would be from different cultures. Many people communicate with respect to their culture. So some times it is possible that a person belonging to different culture might not understand what the senior is saying. He might have a communication barrier.
In a organization of 1200 people office politics is common. People belonging to same culture might form their own group and some times start giving rise to their own groups. This is how culture comes into workplace and makes frustrations for others. Others might have some problems while working with that group. According to USA magazine this contributes to 16% of office frustrations.
Lack of team work
In an organization of 1200 people it is many times hard to work together as groups are formed on behalf of cultures. So there is a lack of team work. Because it becomes hard to communicate or to understand others main objectives. This contributes to the frustrations of workplace. According to the USA magazine it is about 15% .
The use of politically correct language
Leadership teaches a main principal according to which their should be proper use of language with in organization among workers and leaders. But some times cultures leads to difference in language. About 9% of frustration is generated by this.

6% of this forms the frustrations. If the environment is noisy then no one will be able to concentrate on work appropriately.
