My main goals in undertaking the corporate management in action to develop my managerial effectiveness with a view to enhancing my career prospects and to learn new managerial techniques both from researched text and more directly from the influence of other persons attending the course.

When I started this subject course work, there were many things to learn about the lesson study cycle, the planning, briefing and the evaluation process. Throughout the course of corporate action in management, I have grown personally and professionally as well and learned many valuable things. I have been excellent taught by my professor Mr. Victor Murmwia. I have also developed a strong bond with my colleagues as we developed our group via group dynamics. Learning in group always gives different thoughts us to learn various theories in respected subject. As a group, we were discussed topic and share our ideas with each other. Eventually, some new interesting question raised which helps to understand the mean of discussion matter end of the group discussion we come up with reasonable solution or conclusion. After my class work, I had read some books and gone through internet to fulfil my knowledge."Learning means change of a relatively permanent kind. Learning implies a different internal state, which may result in new behaviours or actions" (Mullins, 1999).
My first chapter was globalisation before my lecturer started about globalisation and its theories. I had a little bit knowledge about the globalisation and then when my lecturers explain me detail about it and its impacts to international trade it was really interested to me to know about more about globalisation. So we have discussed lot about globalisation developments in all over the world. And how fast the technology is growing, and different issues.
After clarity of my lecturer i got the complete knowledge about the globalisation how the globalisation in personal and professional day by day there is new technology is beening useing in the globalisation. And we discussed that because of globalisation; behaviour under different circumstances, moral value, religion believes, languages, festivals, social, dress, food trade, art and music are become cultural issues. My second chapter was action in it my lecturer had done case study on different organisation and we have discuss about different problems in the organisation and how we now about the company is good or bad situation so we have done some analysis and we have use different theory. I was interested to learn that business plan as important for the organisation. In that to start any business, organisations needs a realistic business plan. Business plan is an overview of the business which they are going to start. I have learnt from my lecturer that it should provide all the steps of business means how they would develop it, when they are going to start, who would be the suppliers, who would be the customers, why would they target that market, how they would manage the finance. In sort business plan is how to run business with optimize uses of resources, how to achieve corporation objectives of the organisation, and how to minimize threats
EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ANALYSIS
This chapter was very interested in this we have learnt about different theories and models should apply in any organisation and i had done different internal and external problems of the organisation with different methods and theories with my lectures guidelines and some of the theories and models are
McKinsey's 7S Model: it helps me to understand how each element of organization interrelated with each other. Strategy, Structure, Systems, Skills, Shared values, Staff and Style are inter connected in McKinsey Model. To analyses the organisations and to know the activities of them, this model provides the framework. I found that this model could be useful to analyse organisations from a different angle. I was also very happy to learn this model because I would use it as a consultant when I advise companies on change management issues. (McKinsey 7s model).
With the help of swot we can know the organisation strength, weakness, opportunity and threats.
And now I can find internal and external problems of the company and. I also applied in my personal and professional .
These are external factors in which the organisations are always subjected but do not have control over. However those organisations who learn fast to adapt to the dictates of the external factors tends to do better and remain in business. Those organisations who fail to adopt finds themselves out of business .
