This study articulates the significance of motivation at the work place and also revealed the relationship between the managers and employees. Motivation at the work place influenced individual for the better performance and also work together for the attainment of organizational goals. Motivation is the attribute that moves towards the achievement of organizational objectives. Similarly, intrinsic motivation motivates personal traits, interest and energizes interpersonal skills of the individual so that they perform for the organization and provide standard outcomes.
The study is based on the "Statement between the manager and the employee and desired outcomes from the employee when we motivate them". This statement revealed that, at the work place if manager motivates their employees then their productivity would be enhanced and provides desired outcomes. This study has been performed for identifying the effectiveness of the performance of employees at the work place.

The analysis of effectiveness of my own performance at the work place could be identified by using the appropriate diagnosis of my personality characteristics and emotional competencies in order to evaluate effectiveness of my performance in the organization.

For analyzing the effectiveness of my performance at the work place on the ground of personality competencies, my personality is charismatic at the work place. In organization, I am sometime extrovert and sometime introvert. Additionally, I am a positive thinker having positive attitude towards my working profile but sometime I am lack in positiveness. Along with this I have a hard working and creative personality which enabled me for the effective performance. All these features aid me for analyzing the effectiveness of performance at the work place. After analyzing effectiveness of performance, it revealed that I am lacking in skill building and development of self concepts which lacking my potential of performance in the organization.
Analysis on the basis of Emotional Competencies:
For analyzing the effectiveness of my performance on the basis of emotional competencies at the work place, I have analyzed that I have ability to use and understand my emotions and then accordingly manage in the positive manner. In the organization, I have managed my emotions in such a way that have enhanced self awareness, management and social awareness of the market and organization. I have positively used my emotion in order to enhance productivity of mine and enterprise also. Although, most of the time I am lacking in self confidence and also negatively used emotions which affected relationship with my peers and sub-ordinates. These things are lacking me sometimes for developing performance in the enterprise.
Evaluation of Actual Behavior:
As per the evaluation of my actual behavior at work place, I had recognize my positive workplace behavior in the context of workplace effectiveness including my tack performing skills, self insight and perceptual skills, ability to analyze situation correctly and personal flexibility and adaptability. I am aware about key responsibilities areas suppose to do at workplace. I am task performer, set the targets for myself and strive hard to accomplish task within the stipulated time frame. I recognized my own behavioral styles, tendencies and preferred style for resolving conflicts and communicating. I have the ability to analyze the situation correctly and decision making as per task requirements and according to organization culture. As per the personal flexibility and adaptability perspective, I have willingness to adopt the situation and cope-up by seeking out all the situations. I find my self flexible enough to stretch in weak areas according to the situation. I have excellent perception and diagnostic skills to effectively manage behavior, also have ability to lead and motivate subordinates in particular context.

Personality has been considered as the crucial factor which reflects job performance. Personality traits affect the behavior at workplace. Skill building activities must be an important approach to build up the skills needed in order to support positive behavior and improve performance at work place, which encourage and motivate me to participate in healthy and effective workplace environment.
Developing the Self concept:
Developing a positive self concept is an important strategy for achieving the personal success. The ability to acknowledge individual as imperfect, unique and growing individual that employee can build up capability to recognize oneself potential, optimism and positive expectations which construct the attitude and behavior of employee.
Though this strategy supports the argument explored in one more time: How do you motivate employees, that employee satisfied and motivated on the job by skill building and developing the self concept at the workplace which will enhance workplace effectiveness (Herzberg, 2003).
Strategies for developing emotional competencies:
Emotional competency underlines the emotional and social abilities and skills described in observable terms that are essential for employee to perform well at workplace.
Recognition of emotional self awareness:
Management needs to motivate employees to recognize self awareness within them by identifying and recognizing emotions, personal strength and interest which build up self confidence, harmony, empathy and mutual understanding with the peers and subordinates. This strategy will contribute better performance at the work place which results in increase in workplace effectiveness.
Establishing and implementing emotional competency building programme:
Human resource system needs to incorporate and emphasizes on emotional competencies of employees by improving the key policies and subsystems in recruitment and selection process. Organization must establish and implement comprehensive long term program of emotional competence development through various events that aims to acquire emotional competence capabilities which motivate me towards improvement in performance results in workplace effectiveness.
Though this strategy supports the argument; increasing emotional competence improves psychological and physical well being, social relationship and employability, it reveals that that emotional competencies long term personality changes reflects positive implications results in improvement in emotional competency self confidence and harmony in relationship with peers (Quoidbach, 2011).
Improvement in Performance:
Above mentioned strategies including skill building, developing the self concept, recognition of self awareness will results in improvement in my performance in order to improve performance. Skill building activities will motivate me to develop skills and to build up potential and optimism at workplace which increase workplace effectiveness. Developing the self concept will sustain to build up healthy perception and optimism, which reconstructs my attitude and behavior to become more competence at workplace and will improve performance. This strategy is supportive to constitute self concept and self advocacy.
Strategic perception to develop the emotional competencies revels that emotional competency can build up by recognition of emotional self awareness within him. This strategy would be most appropriate to boost up self confidence and harmony that will contribute in better performance which entails will enhance the workplace effectiveness. With establishing and implementing emotional competency program by the management will improve emotional competencies within me including team management skills and communication skills more precisely which reflects in improvement in performance and workplace effectiveness. Though these strategies will be develop framework to motivate me to work effectively in organization.
Though as per analysis of the study it can be concluded that motivation have positive influence over the improvement in employee's performance at the workplace which increase the workplace effectiveness. The Motivation attributed with the personality traits and emotional competencies and mentioned strategies can play imperative role for the attainment of long term and short term goals of the employees as well as enterprises.
