For any company, there is a structure or a design which has formed the company in order to identify its elements and relationships among them. In this project, two different structures of two different companies have been compared with the effects of them. This is really imported for decision making flow and communicational flow as well.

Also the team functions (Groups) and leadership skills within the group leaders affects the organizational culture in a great manner. For a better functionality, motivation is an essential factor. In this project, all these things have been clarified in two different perspectives using the international company and local company.

Finally, the conclusions and recommendations for weaknesses in one company when compared to other company also discussed in this project.
