Solid Freeform Fabrication is a technique which is being used to describe a series of manufacturing processes which aids in the process of production of solid objects with a substantial amount of energy pumped into the process. The ultimate goal of this project is identify and overcome various barriers to the distributed design and the fabrication of various parts using three dimensional printing on the prototypical Solid Freeform Fabrication process.
There always happens the dispersion of the inks when they are mixed with various solutions. The ceramic ink could disperse into two kinds of inks such as the aqueous ink and other inks. This study paper will also concentrate on the dispersion of these inks and how this ink disperses into two other forms. The next thing that this study will concentrate upon is the dispersion of the glass enamel into liquid. This thereby helps in the prototyping of various freeform solid parts building and production technologies.
Though there have been various improvements on the various aspects of printing and in the printing using the direct inkjet printing method there is a necessity for us to understand the various the various technologies that is being used in the understanding of the same and in the development of the Solid Freeform Fabrication of the products and parts like ceramics and other stuffs. The ultimate aim of developing this research paper is that it would be used to determine various improvements and the advances that have been brought about in the printing technologies and in the printing field. There have also been more factors such as the quality of the printing inks and their composition structures and various other factors that are related to the improvement of the printing materials. It is also necessary for us to understand the various methods in which the printing inks disperse when they are mixed with or used for printing. The composition of the printing inks and the enamel has also to be determined and understood especially when printing the materials in glass. Thus this research paper would address all the issues and hence the ultimate aim of understanding the printing using the Solid Freeform Fabrication method would be determined and addressed.
Solid Freeform Fabrication was formerly referred to as rapid prototyping, layered manufacturing, additive fabrication, rapid manufacturing and additive manufacturing. Until the recent past, many of the prototypes that are being used in the manufacturing industry to produce the products have been because of the construction of a product by very skilled persons using the 2 dimensional products that are being developed from the engineering drawings. Not with the upcoming of technologies such as Computer Aided Designing (CAD) etc, the time consuming and expensive process has been simplified upon these factors. Solid Freeform Fabrication technique is the new model that has replaced the old previous methods of manufacturing.

The layer by layer production of solid materials such as ceramics helps in producing or manufacturing high quality products at a higher speed and strength.
Fairly this is also a new field of study as the Solid Freeform Fabrication is helping people in the elimination of flaws. On the other hand the products manufactured through Solid Freeform Fabrication helps in the potential increase of the strength of the product by improving on the toughness of the same. But these strategies have been found only as partly successful. Also the potential of Solid Freeform Fabrication to fabricate various heterogeneous products has made it more important study about the topic and the importance of the same. Also as it is one of the most rapidly growing techniques for fabricating solid materials like ceramics many scholars and researchers are not aware of what other possibilities this Solid Freeform Fabrication technique is capable of. Hence it has created a curiosity among the scholars and many manufacturing people to identify the real potential of the Solid Freeform Fabrication technique.
There have been notable changes in the ceramics manufacturing space in the recent past decade and many notable advances have been made. Research aims and objectives
The main research objectives of Solid Freeform Fabrication are as follows. This research objective would help us to understand the dispersion of the glass enamel and how it disperses into a liquid when there is a necessity of the dispersion for printing. This would also try to understand that why the glass enamels disperses into a liquid.
There would be various research questions which would be asked to understand the purpose of the project and hence to satisfy our research goals and the research objectives that are necessary in order to understand the basic objective of studying this paper. The alternatives that are used in the printing of the glass using enamel and the various methods through which the enamel is used to print is the glasses could also be identified and studied with this research question.

How is the ceramic ink dispersed? Kindly explain about the aqueous and other forms of inks that are the resultants of the dispersion of the ceramic ink.
This research question helps us in understanding the dispersion of the ceramic inks and how it is used in the dispersion. It also helps us to understand what kinds of inks result as result of the dispersion of the ceramic ink and how would this help for the printing processes. This research question would also help us in understanding the research objective 3 which could be found in the previous section.

This research objective would help us in understanding at what are the requirements of the enamel and what percentage of the components are to be mixed in order to arrive at a fine composition of the enamel for the printing of the product. This would also help us to understand the various combinations and compositions of the enamel that is currently being used for the printing purposes and the future trends could also be identified if anyone pioneers with any advanced composition mixtures and composition techniques. This research question would also help us in understanding the research objective 4.

This research question is a resultant of the research objective 5 and would satisfy the same.
