B1.1 I think Data gathering and managing project are the primary key uses.

Data gathering - main purpose this Dig-it project is help dangerous young person to improve their life in some way. Many of the young people are from deprived backgrounds and many are at risk of committing crime. So, they collect the list of young people for their project. If there is no list of young people, there is nothing going to be happened. Mainly, this is the Dig-it project we have to collect the garden detail also.

Managing Project - In the Dig-it project, there are about 30 young people involved in the project. The young people are arranged in groups and each group is led by one of the volunteers. So, there is a person who needs to manage them all. One full time worker is managing project and volunteers. The duty of Full time worker is not only working out Rota but also matches the group. The R M has to make financial report and daily report to manage the project.

B1.2 If I assumed the above scenarios are the primary key, the following will be the secondary scenarios.

This is the Dig-it project we have to collect the garden detail also. But the aim is to show the young people who are misleading to the wrong way to walk in the right path. There will be many project to train them. Only for the dig-it we have to collect the garden detail. If it is not the dig-it project, we don't need to collect the garden data.

If there is no volunteer, the full time worker does not need to assign to work. Also no need to matches the group. Sometimes there will be conflict between volunteer and young people and full time worker and volunteers.

A main activity is scheduling. Each project has a project manger and the dig-it project also has. The role of the project manager is to mange the project. The R M has to oversight the project. In this system, IT service is part of the project and it also manages the project. The charity is invested in this IT service. Funders are funded at the charity and for the project and make contracts with service centre. For the project, it needs the detail of young people so the detail can be collected from the local authority. The local authority not only provides data for the project but also funded to the dig-it project. The whole system is over seen by executive manager and R M. But the weakness of the system is the charity neglects the personal data of the funders. And holding the incorrect data which means that the expired data. If there is no charity, the E C will not need to be managed. If there is no finance director, the financial crisis will occur. If there is no operation manager, the organization will break down. If there is no marketing manager, their organization cannot be famous. If there are no other industries in the E C, the donation will be reducing because sometimes the industry sponsor for the project. If there is no service centre manager, project report, financial report and daily report cannot reach to the E C. If there is no full time worker, the project can take the long time to finish and no one will schedule for the project. If there is no project manager, no one will oversee the project and no one will report about the project to the E C. IT service is invested by charity because this is also a way of income process. The charity is also funded by local authority and funders. Local authority get data of young people from school, youth club, police and youth offending service.

So the project manager makes a meeting with full time worker. So the full time worker knows all the details and we will start his scheduling process. It is easy to make the schedule after know the details. Because he come to realize the character of young people and their nature. So he can provide particular work for them and matches group for them. The full time worker is watch close to young people and their activities and submits report to project manager. The project manager has to make report of daily report and financial report to the service centre manager. The service centre manager submits all of this report to the E C. This is the dig-it project so the young people are helping the garden of elderly people by cleaning. After finishing their cleaning, the full time worker call to elderly people to make sure they are happy.

The use case design prevents the rapid and emphasis on conditions. It is important to see the database as part of the overall process or system of the information management that supports the process. This means looking at where the information originates and where it goes, who collects the information and how, what training, equipment, and other support is needed, etc.
