In recent years, the Concept of Knowledge Management is popular and attracts the attention of many organizations and enterprises in Vietnam. The concept of knowledge management is new concept for Vietnam's economy, but it was the developed countries over the world to apply successfully.
According to many definitions, knowledge is all of things that people learn, understand and know. What people feel through the objective reality is the raw data. Processed, this data is converted into information. However, the information still exists independently of human thinking. When people receive information, process information, understand and research, after that the information into their own knowledge. That explains why the same amount of information but each individual has different knowledge. Knowledge of two types: explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Explicit knowledge is knowledge codified in the text, documents, or report, they can be conveyed in the official language and system, while the tacit knowledge is knowledge which is very difficult and not codified in written documents, this knowledge is personal, context and tied to specific jobs. Tacit knowledge is very difficult to form the document, but is running high in the human brain.

Currently, many organizations have many individuals who willing to share their knowledge and receive knowledge from others, but sometimes they do not know what to share with whom, when to share and share like.
