Knowledge, creativity and innovation are very important in the business world today to become a competitive employee. One of the most important assets is knowledge. Knowledge is needed for a company to create value and to sustainable competitive advantage against other competitor (Nonaka & Toyoma, 2006). Next is creativity can be defined as a person who able to come up with a new, uncommon, or unique ideas (Iowa State University, 2011) . Lastly, innovation can be defined as creativity is implemented. Innovation is making use of the ideas into practise (Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia, 2012).
2.0 Background of the company
Larry Page and Sergey Brin is the founder of Google at Stanford University in the year September 1998. They name it backrub when they first created this search engine for its ability to analyse back links and point to a given website. No one wants this early stage of the development product created by Brin and page so they decide to improve them self and take it to the public. The strategy that they use work very well and they decide to change its name to Google, from a word googol. Googol is a mathematical term used by Milton Sirotta which represents a one followed by a hundred zeros (Christensen, 2010).
Two of them are not interested to open their own company until they meet Yahoo founder and friend David Filo who encourage them to start their own search engine company. At that time, no company using their technology, they decide to start up their own company. Sun Microsystems co-founder Andy Bechtolsheim, wrote a check worth one hundred thousand dollars who took a look at their demo. Family, friends and acquaintances also wrote nine hundred thousand dollars to show their support. They establish their company in a garage in Menlo Park together with newly hired Craig Silverstein as director of technology (Santa Clara Valley Historical Association, 2008).

Employees feel pride in their individual work that makes a difference in their personal jobs. Working for company that reputation is good and has a positive standing in the community will make the employee feel pride in them (Great Place to work, 2007).
Employees feel proud working for Google is not because the company want to gain profits but more on user to user experience (Great Place to work, 2007). To understand about user experience is for a person to use the product, system or service. Google is trying to provide the best user experience possible. Google make sure the search engine to serve the people better rather than Google internal goals or bottom line. It is also including a person's perception of the utility of the products, products easy to use or not and efficiency of the products. That is why Google interface is clear and simple (Google Company, 2012). To increase employee creativity, Google gives employees its twenty percent rule. This twenty percent rule allows employees to choose their own project that is interested in them based on company-related (Mediratta, 2007). Larry page introduces Google workshop open in 2007. This workshop is for employees to have fun, create items like prototype phones that run on android and for their own personal project as well. Holiday decorations such as home cabinets and even an airplane were powered by pedal almost 100 foot wingspan were built by the employees in their projects (Osborne, 2011). Google gives employees room to be creative and this will make employees happy. Happy employee will give more innovative ideas that will turn into drive revenue (Eckels, 2008).
Camaraderie is mutual trust between two people or more that spend their time together in working place (Oxford Dictionaries, 2012). There are three aspects practises in the camaraderie between employee and co-worker relationship in a work place. To welcome and encourage new employee to have fun and relax during the work day is to have warm and friendly environment workplace. A strong sense of community develops in organizations where people feel that they are part of a team or a family that they cooperate together within and across different department.
Google encourages quarterly department off-sites. This is because Google wants employees to bond together while having fun. This is a brilliant idea for the employee to meet and learn more about other co-worker in the department and feel comfortable sharing their ideas and opinions. The decoration in Google offices encourages fun like lava lamps, bicycle, and many more to fill the hall and offices. Eric Schmitt is the chief executive officer at Google adopt "Fun is good". They build Google with the idea of work and challenge must be fun for the employee by giving the employee a special environment to work (Cook, 2012). This is one of the reasons why Google employees have so much of creativity and innovations due to the fun and full of idea environment in the work place. In an article in Seattle Time's entittled "Big Google Ideas Generated Here" noted that if the Googleplex exploded, employees will have a hard time for them to dig themselves out with all the ironic signs, big Lego people, action figures and funny T-shirts around them (Great Place to work, 2007).
2.3 Respect for employees.
According to Susan Heathfield, she advocates that "Treat all people the same no matter what their race, religion, size, gender age or where they from" (Heathfield, 2012). Professional support, encourage collaboration and allow expressions of care both in the workplace and outside is shown in Google. Google provides training opportunity, resources and equipment for the employee to get the work done. Google also express their appreciation to employee for their accomplishments and extra effort. Collaboration between management and employees is important to seek and respond to employee's ideas, thought and suggestions that will affect how the employees get their work done. Safety and healthy working environment are very important by demonstrating respect.
Education reimbursement plan developed by Google is to promote professional growth and development for its employees can reimburse up to eight thousand per year. Google engineers can enrol in a one year program at Stanford University to increase their knowledge through the master program in technical field. The cost of the program is fully paid by Google Company. Employees who want to take leave and further pursue their education on full time can apply for global education leave the program offer by Google. The education leave is a new program was just announced in 2006 can be up to maximum of five years and the reimbursement may be up to maximum of one hundred and fifty thousand dollar. In Google product development, employee suggestion is important when then the product is first released by the company. This is to allow the employees to play with the product and giving suggestion and ideas to the engineer and managers. Products that have gone through this process are Google news, Gmail, Google local, and Google toolbar. For healthy lifestyle, the café in Google greet employees with healthy meal of the day along with display of food consumption. This is because Google encourages employees to eat organic and healthy food (Great Place to work, 2007). A Happy and healthy employee is more productive and efficient. Susan Morgan Bailey claims that "Healthy employees are happier and more engaged" and this also will help company become more successful ( Mannino, 2012).
Credibility definition means the quality of being believed or trusted (The free dictionary, 2012)). Credibility builds on three different sets of behaviour. First is communication. Second is competence and lastly integrity. Communication is a two way communication. Leader and manager know with the information that they want to share with the employee so that employees can ask what they might need or want to hear. Manager with good competence with skills and behaviour needed to organize the employee and resources so that the employee is not out of the vision of the company as a whole or individual department. Integrity is honest and reliable. A promise must be kept and employee will have confidence on their manager to run the business.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin started this weekly meeting at Google called TGIF. The time used in this weekly meeting is to welcome the new employee and for the senior leader to present the highlight and related events that have been brought up last week. TGIF is a question and answer time. An employee can ask questions comfortably to even the most senior member of the management and the senior should talk to employees as open as possible. In this weekly meeting there is no off limit questions (Great Place to work, 2007).The meeting is designed to encourage employees to talk to each other about their work and also play (Google Company, 2012). The employees are always given ideas on how to improve the website. Employees provide suggestion how to make thing better in Google by their feedback through comments and rating from zero to five. Zero is dangerous and five is great ideas. The management always pays close attention and respond to issues that employee deem important to discuss one of their internal emails (Great Place to work, 2007).

The reward system is structured in a way to attract and maintain the employee in a company (Koala Consulting and Training, 2008). Employee is the most important and valuable asset to a company. Employee performance is important for the company to make sure the company is running smoothly and successfully. A company is well famous for its stingy attitude is not a good and attractive place to work. Such company will finally end up with no people would want to work for it (Juziela & Hashim, 2011).
The founder award program in Google is to reward them for extraordinary accomplishments. Google give Google stock units (GSUs) as a reward. Each member receives award based on their involvement and contribution and the award can go for several million for individuals. In 2005, one employee that was working on eleven different projects and awarded by Google fourth five million dollars. Google continues to provide award for the employee based on their accomplishments. These give employee opportunity for their accomplishment more likely to occur (Great Place to work, 2007).
Google has transformed into a giant and well known company in the world today from two people who are always arguing in every topic that they discuss. Their own opinion and viewpoint would eventually change the world of the search engine by solving one of the biggest challenges in computing that is retrieving relevant information from a massive set of data. With the world changing and rapid moving company, Google make sure every one of their employees is happy and perform the very best for the company for the benefits of all the people around the world and keeping sure the search engine can deliver fast answers and at its tip top conditions and the employees creativity, knowledge and innovations to make sure the company is moving forward to the future. Google, no doubt is the world largest search engine that people from all walks of life is using for their everyday needs from working to education, from young to old.
