The PC House PLC is a premier Information and communications technology company of Sri Lanka, engaged in providing customers with high standard, resilient solutions through cutting edge technology. The company was established by visionary founder Mr. S.H.M Rishan, in 1997 with the aim of making Information Technology effortlessly accessible & more concessionary to the Sri Lankan Public. 

More than a decade later, the PC HOUSE currently offers various range of products and technical services including office automation equipment, computers and accessories, audio visual equipment, network and communication devices, printing solutions, software solutions and data capture & data entry service .Currently Company has 19 local branches and 10 retail showrooms, conveniently located in the major cities, including the Northern & Eastern province. This ensures fulfilling the growing IT requirements that have arisen following the post war development. 

With fully fledged sales outlets throughout the island, an extensive product portfolio & a strong presence in the local market, the Company is the preferred Information and communications technology product and service provider for the majority of the Corporate and Retail consumers across Sri Lanka.

In its pursuit for excellence in delivering better-quality products and services to local clients, the company has entered into a series of strategic partnerships and alliances with internationally prominent ICT companies. As a result, company has had the honour of delivering internationally famous brands such as Intel, Microsoft, Dell, Samsung, BitDefender, Gigabyte, Power Tree, G&D, Optoma, Kyocera, Norton, Belkin, Corel etc. to the local IT market. 

Travelling Beyond its existing business, PC House has ventured into IT infrastructure, system integration and business application solutions via its subsidiary Greenwich Lanka Pvt Ltd (GLPL). Furthermore the company has also entered the more beneficial ICT services segments of BPO (Business process outsourcing) and KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) through its other subsidiary - Procifinity Pvt Ltd. Future plans include - making an entry into the IDC(International Data Corporation) market, with a wide range of IDC services for corporate clients. 

The PC House PLC consists of seven members of Board of Directors with Mr. S.H.M. Rishan (chairman/managing director), four non-executive director and two non-executive independent directors.

Company main office situated at 451, Galle Road Colombo 03 capital of Sri Lanka.PCH is being audited by SJMS Associates and bankers are Seylan Bank PLC, Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, NDB Bank PL, People's Bank and Union bank.

If it is an urgent vacancy they consider previous application or try to get well experience person from competitor to fill the vacancy.

Categorize the application which candidates are send to the job role is not easy task so they are using web base on line process software to capture and matching candidates against the requirements HR department have defined. This online system is shortlist the eligible candidates and inform at once who not eligible for farther recruitment process. Thereafter select the candidates to inform to interview.


Company arrange interview to whom eligible for job role. Firstly make telephone conversation with to check candidate's language adaptability, possibility of making relationship with others and their interest in the organisation and the position.
