An effective way that will be employed by the group to resolve internal conflicts is by establishing a forum that will be headed by the peer councillor. This will be a formal setting with protocols that must be observed. This will give members a chance to voice their opinion an their concerns and also to resolve burning issues with other members whiting the group.

Hierarchies within groups benefit some individuals and subgroups over others. For example, a company's product development group may get a greater share of stock options and bonuses than the support groups. Similarly, directors and managers usually receive higher compensation than do other group members. In a 2009 "Journal of Social Issues" paper published on the Yale University Intergroup Relations website, John F. Dovidio and his colleagues suggest that the group members higher up in the hierarchy tend to support the status quo, while those lower in the hierarchy desire change. The communication content is also different. For example, group leaders tend to construct their communication messages with the intention of directing and managing tasks.

D. Establish ways of resolving group's conflict

We all want our workplace to be as free from conflict and disruption as possible.  Even so, when people have views, values or approaches to problems that differ, the opportunity for conflict exists. Most people are able to resolve or put their disagreements aside and move on.  Sometimes, especially if a person feels a loss of respect or perceives another's actions as threatening, conflict can escalate.

While conflict can be one-sided, as when a bully decides to pick on a person who is perceived as weak, responsibility for conflict is often shared.  Resolving conflict typically requires the participation of all of the parties who are involved.  Think about what you can or might be willing to do to improve your situation.  If you are concerned about the behaviour of another person, think about what changes might make the situation better from your perspective.

Recognize that no matter how legitimate you feel your concerns are, others are may see the situation differently. Resolving conflict can depend on the parties being willing to acknowledge and accept these differences in perspective without establishing "who's right" and "who's wrong".

Be prepared to describe what would make the situation better from your perspective. Recognize that some goals like "having the other person fired" or "being assigned to a new job in another organization" may not be realistic.

If you don't feel able to resolve the situation yourself, consider getting help from one or more of the following resources. Call 911 if you have been threatened with violent behaviour.

There are four stakeholders one of them understand oral communication more than the other three so I do the meeting for the four of them so it can be convenient for them doing that I use my mouth by speaking to them and that's call oral communication. Also I used written communication so that I can reach my stake holder when I want them to come to meeting and so on .when my stake holders come to the meeting and if they cant answer clearly I used someone who cant do sign language so that they can understand more easily and faster . What I would do for my visual communication is to carry power point when am going to the meeting to show my point to them at the meeting. And that is what I would do over all. And all of these procures above goes for customers, employees, investors ,shareholders and also the community .

Mr Smith I am her to report to you as a manger that as we go along with our meeting we can do strategies to get through our meeting more efficiently such as having such as oral, written, on verbal and visual communication and a design this system so that meeting that we keep can be more effectively to the individuals that are the share holders.

Communication is neither transmission of message nor message itself. It is the mutual exchange of understanding, originating with the receiver. Communication needs to be effective in business. Communication is essence of management. The basic functions of management planning organizations Staffing, Directing and Controlling cannot be performed well without effective communication. Business communication involves constant flow of information. Feedback is integral part of business communication. Organizations these days are verily large. It involves number of people. There are various levels of hierarchy in an organization. Greater the number of levels, the more difficult is the job of managing the organization. Communication here plays a very important role in process of directing and controlling the people in the organization. Immediate feedback can be obtained and misunderstandings if any can be avoided. There should be effective communication between superiors and subordinated in an organization, between organization and society at large (for example between management and trade unions). It is essential for success and growth of an organization. Communication gaps should not occur in any organization.

Business Communication is goal oriented. The rules, regulations and policies of a company have to be communicated to people within and outside the organization. Business Communication is regulated by certain rules and norms. In early times, business communication was limited to paper-work, telephone calls etc. But now with advent of technology, we have cell phones, video conferencing, emails, and satellite communication to support business communication. Effective business communication helps in building goodwill of an organization.

Effective businesses thrive on strong communication skills. Written communication, in particular, is used in all types of businesses in a variety of ways. Sound business communication styles improve interoffice communications, encourage success among employees and improve the bottom line. Understanding different business writing styles helps improve overall business documentation.

The researcher recommend good communication within the organization

Also the researcher recommend the four types of communication used in the meeting at a regular basis such as written,oral,visual,and non verbal .

Also recommend the company to have a good relationship with the new and existing groups that have been set up.

Finally the researcher recommends good customer services that also help to build good relationship and communication .

Conclusion

In conclusion communication in our era is extremely sensitive as they must be to demographic, political, technological and economic developments. Environmental changes most affect strategic perspective. With respect to the marketing mix, quality in the biscuit industry is a key factor. For example, Arnott's uses its Sunshine brand to compete at the budget end of the market, but promote its own brand on the basis of quality at the upper end. Competition with non-biscuit products such a snack food and confectionery is partly on the basis of packaging. Even though the two companies have different specialities, the price, distribution and promotion are very similar. It can be seen that Arnott's have a stronger market share than Nabisco due to stronger promotion, more variety of products and brand loyalty.

An effective marketing program brings together all of the elements of the marketing mix to achieve the organisation's marketing objectives by delivering to customers what they want and need. Thus, the most successful companies will be those that can meet these needs most effectively.
