In this assignment I discuss method to improve personal and professional skills to meet own and organisational goal. It gives self-management and self-discipline. I can organise my time effectively will be able to cope better with difficult decision, react more favourably to problem and be better prepared for future. Coaching may be informal but it has to be planed. Coaching should provide motivation, structure and effective feedback if manager have the required skills and commitment. As coaches, managers believe that people can succeed, that they can contribute to their success and that they can identify what people need to be able to improve their performance. They should actively involve with their coach, who should be constructive, building on strength and experience.

Multitasking is a workforce strategy where I possess a range of skills which allows me to participate in more than one work process. Multitasking through I can get more security in job and it can improve my productivity in work which gives me better growth prospects. I can achieve my personal goal quicker.
