Give credit where it is due: One of the most prevalent practices doing the rounds in offices today is stealing the credit of a job well done. A good employee will not only truthfully let the right co-worker have her credit but also share her own accolades with his team.
Polite: Being friendly and approachable will never harm. a good employee greets her co workers a 'good morning', says little courteous things like 'thank you' and 'you are welcome'. These things may appear insignificant but go a long way in establishing the person as favorite employee.
Disciplined and punctual: Every boss loves a punctual, disciplined and conscientious employee. Time is money. Coming late to office, taking unnecessary breaks, procrastinating and leaving earlier than the usual hours cost money to the company. No employer will ever appreciate this.
Avoid gossip: The person should always remember that she came to the office to work, to make a career. Do not spread office gossip or rumors. Respect the privacy of the co workers. Safeguard and protect the confidential nature of office business and transactions.
I work in a chicken bites from last five months. Last month when they were going to increase the prices of some items. They asked me what u think? They were thinking to increase the price of burger from £2.00 to £2.50.when they took decision that we should make our prices high up to £2.50 and ask us about our advise what we think about them. We recommend them if we make our prices £2.50 this will have a negative impact on our sale. If we really want to increase our prices we shouldn't make them high up to £2.25 to £2.30.they consider your advise and make the prices £2.25 each. In this way they involve us in their decision making process and make us feel how important we are for the company and this lead motivation among us. First of all i would like to recommend that we should motivate the employee which encourage them to participate more in organisation.
We should organize work shop where employee should be invited and should ask their advice on current fare of the company.
More involved and participated employees should be awarded in order to make other employee encouraged.
