The questionnaire was based on research literature, research objectives and demographic Characteristic. And later these samples were used to test the hypothesis. The test confirmed the relationship between the factors of motivational and belongingness aspects and interest in organization.

Prodromos D. Chatzoglou et al (2009) conducted a research on web based training which was one of the most pervasive means for productivity and job performance enhancement in the work environment. The objective of this research was to make use of web based training to employees by extending the technology acceptance model using some other related factors, such as learning goal orientation, management support, and enjoyment, self-efficacy and computer anxiety. 287 seven employees participated in this research to test the validity of the research model.
