In the business situation or environment, knowledge have its own valuable and uniques characteristic which is duplicate and sharing the knowledge in the organization with the another and among the people who use it. To disccuss and relate it with my business to have a proper management of knowledge about knowledge development, we can divided into several category such as, the people, process and the information because the organization will continue the process that will involve with this three element. Meanwhile, the organizational knowledge development also have several stages which is knowledge sourching, knowledge abstraction, knowledge conversion, knowledge diffusion, and knowledge development and refinement. With this level of stages, we can get feedback from all the sources and can make improvement by doing this.

In my business, the first satge that should be consider and need to focus is knowledge sourcing. This is because, the valuable of motivation in initiate the knowledge creation process is where its have the knowledge gap in what is know withwhat has to be know, which is we can say it as in process of learning of the new term or knowledge. This process of learning can be done with documentation and all the organization sources that can be called as a knowledge sourcing. Its also can get from the expertist guidance from the consultants, specialized and prior held by workers, record that have in the organization, the organization intranet, the case studies and project repositories that include in organization. For examle, In my business, i should have an appropriciate source of guidance such as.

For the second stage is knowledge abstraction, which is the overview of principle and the concept have to be develop to guide the construction of the new knowledge after the knowledge sources were analysed. This process will help in structuringthe insight that need while knowledge sourcing process and infer the neww knowledge from the guideline, procedure and other emerging issues. For example in my business, if i want to know about my product, first fo all i need to know what is customer feedback, the target of product must be identified like, customer was interested with the more quantity but less price, the model of product itself. Then the new requirement will added such as competitors pricing structure and etc.

The thirth stage is knowledge conversion which is the different idea and principle are refined into a specific decision and result. We can say as knowledge can be form in code or embodied. Codified knowledge is can be preserved in writing or other permanent form, and accessible to all, who want it. Thsi knowledge can be be perform into artifacts such as models, equations, algorithms and guidelines, which help people, understand it better. Meanwhile embodied knowledge is the tacit knowledge that have in individual and it difficult to be code, its share through stories, metaphors, analogies or personal advice when its required. Its also hard to be access without the continues involvement with the knowledge creators. For example in my business, codified knowledge relating with feedback from the customer regarding with the product and its will perform in customer satisfaction report. Embodied knowledge will be experience shared the model of the product in market the product by the team member and marketing experts.

The last but not least, knowledge diffusion, which is, spread the knowledge when it codified or embodied to a wider audience. Its can take place in the organization because the use of communication i such as newsletters, intranet, meeting, seminars and videos, modelling of new practices, and specialized training. Its consider successful when the employee can comprehend and share their exprences. For example in my business, I can use the various media such as internet, intranet, feedback forms, and other to gather customers' knowledge of using the previous product.

The last is, knowledge development and refinement, which is the organization ensure the knowledge is remain current and useful and there have challenging in capturing and hold the usefull knowled that will be using or stolen by other.for example in my business, i should know what the customer want and be updates in time to time to make sure my product will be succesfull in markerting.

Knowledge management system have develop based on the three sets of the technologies which is communication, collaboration and storage and retrieval.

In the communication side, the user can access to the required knowledge and communicate with each other including the experts. The other ways is using email, internet, corporate intranet and other web-based tools provided communication functions.

In the collaboration technologies for my business, its provided the ways to my group work and team work to perform and can work together on the common document at the same time or different time, in a same location or different location. This is important because they can working on the knowledge contribution or different group working on business proposal at the different time zones. The other such as electronic brain stroming and etc.

The storage and retrieval technologies that also uses in my business is for using database management system to store and manage knowledge. This system will stroing , managing explicit knowledge, and tacit knowledge, and tacit knoeledge that convert into explecit knowledge. The last is there will required different sets of tool for capturing, storing and managing tacit knowledge.

Staffing

In my business or organization, the staffing is very important because it is the process of recruiting, selecting and retaining staff. Which is recover the function such as a review of staffing needs; the identification of the competencies staff should demonstrate; the selection, recruitment and induction of staff; and the continuous provision of fair, equitable and appropriate management practices all these activities as a beginning in matching appropriate people to work requirement and culture. There have a several process that need to be focuses such as:

Planning for the workforce, which is the new employee or staff need to be careful consideration of the strategic shifts in workforce roles and requirements, the staffing trends in the organization.

Defining core competencies, which is selection of new employees increasing focus on gain flexible and adaptive workers, rather than people to fill in particular, highly specified roles. And the skill are important, many additional competencies are sought by my organization. The increase use of technology and the recognition of the need to collaborate and communicate in multidisciplinary teams have led to a review of capabilities knowledge workers need.

For the selection and recruitment, the cost and many issued will be considered. the organization needs to consider the role, skills, knowledge and attributes that should be demonstrated by the appointee. This helps to shape the selection process.

For give a reward to my employees, there have many ways to give them a reward for their good performance, such as, give them a holiday pakage to them, give a medal of the excellent employee of the month or the year and many kind of gift to them. With all this they will feel satisfied and happy the the reward. For example, communities of practice might develop along disciplinary lines, e.g., supply management, design engineering, marketing. Communities of practice may also cross boundaries and touch on other communities. Cross-fertilization of ideas may lead to better integration among stakeholders and the application of knowledge to a completely different area. In many organizations, communities of practice develop informally and are loosely structured. Attempts to "manage" the community or impose technology solutions may actually destroy the community. A challenge for managers is to provide support (financial, technical, and so on) without interfering with the workings of the group.

In other ways, my organization also have to motivate employee to be more innovative and creative in performing heir roles to increase the organization position in the marketplace.

Knowledge sharing as a Core competency, which is there several important of competencies that could be develop in knowledge worker through knowledge management and these competencies are those attributes that are specifically supported within the organization and such as are hard to duplicate externally.

Developing a strategic knowledge community which is, knowledhe management are mainly goes on develop a strategic knowledge community by encourage sharing of knowledge through community and the building of improved practices through community interaction. To overcame the problem, my organization must leadership as the focus moves from moves from unit-based control to collective in the work settings and reinforces the need for knowledge sharing to instill as a core compentcy.

The last but not least, the adding value. Organisation's activities that are linked with knowledge management effort must be examined to ensure that it does add value. Management also must avoid adopting other firm's practices and theoretical models without prior consideration of existing organizational knowledge sharing culture. Therefore, the development of knowledge management in organizations needs to be carefully planned and constantly reviewed to ensure that every element are contributing to the consistent implementation of an effective organizational knowledge culture and practices.
