And apply in our selected organization. 4) Produce presentation slide of a suitable structure for the organisation's management strategy ensuring that the stake holders' participation are taken in to account.

Objective

(1.1) Introduce Three well known organisation and their management strategies.

I want to describe The 3 well known organisation's and Management strategies for Dorothy Perkins , Hollister , Peacocks because these three organisation are very useful for my chosen organisation.

(1.2) My chosen organisation which is My Store (Designers) A Ladies apparel showroom.

For my Store's organisation I want to use the management strategies from another 3 selected organisation because it will be totally helpful for my companies organisation.

(1.3) I need to investigate that the stake holders Involvement in my company.

which are involved in my company but I need to take permission from my stake holders they are agree or not with another new changes and development in the company to grow the business.

(1.4) Presentation slides will carry on for my organisation's management strategy which I want to use for my company from well known 3 Companies.

(1.1) DOROTHY PERKINS , HOLLISTER , PEACOCKS

A Short Intro for These Companies

Dorothy Perkins is the most biggest and branded company in a fashion retail market. It opened in 1990. Right now there are 500 stores in the country. It was a small company before but right now they 500 stores in the UK and 100 store for international outlets. The company is right now in very demanded and good condition in a fashion market because day by day demand , styles and fashion are changing so the head of this company who maintaining the store by public choices.

Hollister is the another quite simple and sober company for dudes and betty's. The company started in 1922 in southern California it was the merchant shop at that time but right now this company is the biggest fashion company in the united states and in the united kingdom as well. This company have attractive designs for teenagers. Its braded items people liking so much in all the time in any season. The company have own designs for the clothes for every season.

Peacock is the quite simple fashion retail showroom in the united kingdom. The company started in Cheshire in 1884 slowly slowly in 1990 peacocks floated in London stock exchange and then they take over the bonmarch as the partner of the peacock in 2000. In 2006 they have up to 500 stores in the united kingdom. In 2009 peacocks opened more and more store with collaboration with fashion designer pearl Lowe.

For maintenance and performance of the store and the staff they have self audits and inspections every month to check how the business going on day by day and from that report they are fulfil the weakness of the need

Company have simple and sober strategies to run the business

The staff in the store who are wearing the Hollister branded clothes in the working hours to introduce the clothing and the products

The staff and the service are so polite and well mannered all the time

The timings and wedges of the staff are very good

The showroom of the Hollister which is different and antique from the other fashion stores

The products are totally different and attractive from the other fashion stores

They are dealing with the clothes as well Bath products like perfumes , body sprays and many more for dudes and betty's

The customers all the time spending money on the Hollister brand because they are different and simple from other companies in the fashion market . the stake holders are also flexible and accepting the company changes and laws

Season wise company set the reducing price and good offers on clothes and products so customer can buy whatever they want

So company is the most popular specially in a youngster in the UK and in a US

Peacocks

The company was run and running by the talented chief executive in 1990

From 1990 to now onward company making faster growth in the fashion retail Market

The peacock group who learn the values of the company from the bonmarch retailer

In 1999 the peacock who part of the London stock exchange but in 2004 the peacock delisted from the stock exchange and they started own business and be the private owner of business

In 2008 they opened up to 400 stores in the united kingdom

In 2009 peacock continue to open more branches in the UK or in abroad due to good collaboration and the designers contact

Peacock have sometimes good and affordable offers to attract the customers

Have good staff to maintain the store standards in busy period

The stakeholders are really helpful and happy in these company because company running growing fast

A Short Intro about My Company

Designers is My company. My company is based on ladies designer wear and dresses and ladies products etc. I am the store manager in my company. My company started just before 6 Months ago. We have total 6 stores in the different places at the moment. My store which is located in North London side.

Threat In my company The problem is Right now there are so many competitors in fashion Retail Market. so my store is not running properly and not too much busy that we expected before we build because of that we cannot margin our budget we cannot hire more staff to maintain it because we don't have enough budget to pay to the staff and without staff I cannot maintain my store properly

Solutions and changes As a store Manger I have to report to my area manager now I am thinking that Due to this Problem I need to make my store standards high in my aria so customer can attract and come to my store for shopping. Right now I have just 3 staff to run my store but I think I need more staff to maintain store designs and the clothes. that's why I need some good strategies and changes in my store now . I need to maintain store standards as well. I want to make my store popular Like Dorothy Perkins , Hollister and Peacocks . so that I want to use some good and attractive strategies from these 3 fashion retail companies and I want to apply in my company. Because of the big changes I need to take permission of my stake holders because stake holders who are part of the company as well.

(1.3) Who is stake holders and Involvement of stake holders in my clothing company

Stake holders are the main part of the company. directed or in directed chance taken by the part of the group. If any changes happens in the company it can affect by the organisation's action low and policies. In a business organisation include creditors , customers , directors , employers , government, suppliers , unions and the community from which business describe its resources.

Action and new changes need In company for the development of My Store/Company

Before I suggest to apply new attractive strategies in the company I need to take permission from companies stake holders and I need to report them and I need to report to my area manager as well that we have to do these changes to growing the business in these position.

How Much time I need to apply my strategies in my organisation

I need first 1 weak time make plan for all my organisation and I need to sent the reports to my Area manager these all work I have to finish in this 1 weak and legal formalities with pricing and the wedges of staff.

In 2nd weak will recruit more staff and I will give the training to my all staff how to work in store. I will decide the dress scored all these formalities I will finish in these weak

In 3rd weak I will start work in my store that how the deliveries are and I will change offers and the designing of my store for clothes . I'll start maintaining it will take whole 1 weak

In 4th weak I want start my store again by new technique with proper arrangements of clothes, for people ,for staff and for community for everybody.
