I tend to have many broad interests and like to be cutting-edge. I am very curious, introspective and reflective, seeking new experiences and thinking about the future. One of my drive for getting something new was when i took up my 7th SEM project relevant to electronics as i was curious to know about working of various electronics parts inspite of belonging to computer science.I and my partner had to study quite amount of electronics and many of my colleagues found it unreasonable but we finally completed the project on time. It is a degree designed to give you the ability to develop your career to its fullest potential, at an accelerated pace. Aside from a powerful life experience, the MBA degree should supply three main value propositions: Skills, Networks, and Brand.


MDI will provide me "hard skills" of economics, finance, marketing, operations, management, and HR, as well as the "soft skills " of leadership, teamwork, ethics, and communication that are so critical for effective management. In MDI students acquire these skills inside and outside the classroom. Since MBA programs at MDI attract people from very diverse industries and cultures, a program should be able to leverage these differences and translate them into learning opportunities.Thus it will be able to diversify my profile and i will get chance to work with such a diverse people.

Internships are known for giving students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real world environments. At the same time, they will also develop skills which will help them perform better at their jobs. Internships greatly increase the chances that a student will gain full time employment after MBA by giving pre placement offer. One problem commonly cited by employers is that many graduates do not have the practical skills necessary to excel in the job market. They also feel that the professionalism of students is less than it should be. Even though there are a large number of theories on how to encourage employees and increase profits, it is apparent that enhanced levels of education are not enough to prepare students for a real world environment. Being able to improve these weaknesses will make graduates much more effective in their careers. So internships play a major role.By using internships, students are provided with experience that will make them stronger. In addition to this, their work ethic will increase, and they will be confident in their abilities. Internships will also allow students to learn about time management, discipline, and effective communication skills. In the business world, critical thinking skills are very important. Managers must be able to make quick decisions which are based on logic. Internships will teach students how to excel in a large number of different organizations and industries. When students use internships, they will bring benefits to themselves as well as their employers.
